I woke up, blinking up at the ceiling with a puzzled look. Strange...I could have sworn that I just died.. and why did I hear a soul shatter from like the game of undertale of a genocide route or something?
Or frisk soul shattering from not healing or dodging in time...
Strange...I thought, sitting up from the bed...
Where I am exactly? I wondered and got up and searched for the bathroom before finding one and looking at the mirror, pausing.
...I looked like a human version of gaster...I thought and started moving a bit, watching the mirror me copy.
Hmm...what kind of world is this? I thought and started looking things up, hmm so am I in undertale? I thought with curiosity since I saw that the monsters have been out from underneath the mountain for a few weeks now.
Hmm should I avoid or look for them? It's not like they can help me much since I did die in my past life...
But...for some reason...I just want to see the skeleton brothers and I feel like I know them...is it because I look like a human version of gaster?
I thought with a puzzled look before looking through my things and learned that I was a doctor with some other jobs as well.
I continued to learn about this life that I now live in, memories of this body hitting me and I think I can do the things that this body has been doing before I remembered I died or so..
I thought and got dressed before heading out, looking through things on my phone and devices that I had on me.
Looks like today was shopping day...I thought and headed to the nearest place you can shop for food and other things at.
I entered it and started walking around, mentally making a list of what I needed now and what I needed later.
I just walked through with a basket to put things that I needed now.
Then I saw a small skeleton trying to reach something and blinked, huh guess I can't avoid them if I wanted to. I thought and walked over, looking at what he was trying to grab before I grabbed it and handed it down to him.
"Oh! Thanks!" Sans said cheerfully and then I blinked, realizing it was Underswap sans who was smiling at me.
I nodded with a hint of a smile on my face, "no problem. I need to go finish the rest of my shopping before I head back home." I said and started walking away and he..followed me.
I don't know why that made me a bit happy but I shrugged it off, "so what did you need? I can help!" Underswap sans told me and I nodded.
"Oh right, uh what's your name? My name is gaster." I told him, it was strange how I ended up with the same exact name while looking like human gaster.
"Oh! My names blue!" Blue told me and I nodded, gathering the things I was going to need now and heading to the front to pay for it.
Blue was happily chattering to me as he grabbed what he needed to buy while I was mostly silent and nodded at what he was saying with some small talk to him to let him know I was still listening.
When we paid for our things and started heading outside, blue paused, I stopped to look at him with a hint of concern.
"You good blue?" I asked and blue looked through and found his phone, bringing it up.
"Let's exchange phone numbers!" Blue said cheerfully and I relaxed a bit before giving him my Number as he gave me his.
Then we parted ways, him heading back to his home and I headed back to my own home and when I got back, I paused and blinked.
Oh..I didn't realize I lived in a mansion...I thought before heading in and two dogs came running to me and started trying to lick at me and I laughed a little bit.
I almost forgot about these two, luckily I had plenty of dog food for them. I thought and started petting them after I put the stuff I just got up.
"How are you two doing?" I asked them and they barked at me and I just smiled.
Meanwhile back to blue who was putting up the stuff he brought and was talking about a new friend he made at the store today.
"And so he helped me grab some things I couldn't reach on my own and-" blue continued to talk.
"Uh huh..say what's his name again? You didn't say." One of the others asked, causing blue to blink a few times.
"Oh! His name is gaster!" Blue told them and one spat out the drink he was drinking from.
"You ok brother?" Blue asked his brother, the one who spat out his drink at hearing the name gaster.
"Gaster!? Bro you said his name is gaster?" Orange said looking shocked and blue looked puzzled before nodded.
"Yeah? His name is gaster... what's wrong with the name?" Blue asked and the others were either confused or shocked.
"Bro...he's got the same name as our father had when he was alive...how old was he?" Orange asked and blues eyes widen with surprise.
"O-oh...I didn't know... also I didn't ask..maybe I should ask him?" Blue said and orange nodded, "ok tell us how old he is when you find out..."
Blue nodded and started texting gaster who responded back a few seconds later.
Blue blinked, "he's...about...20..."
Their eyes widen...that's about how many years since he...the ones who remembered their dad shared looks with each other, wondering if their dad had been reborn or something...or if it was just a coincidence...
They will have to decide that when they met blues friend that's named gaster...
"Well you will have to introduce us to him as soon as possible..." classic told blue who blinked.
"Ok! Do you think he's...?" Blue asked a bit hesitantly.
"We don't know yet...it might take us a while before we know for sure..." outer told blue who nodded at that.
Looks like his brother and other selves will be meeting his friend sooner then he thought...well if it's ok with his friend that is... blue thought and texted gaster if they can meet up when he was free sometime.
In which case gaster responded as ok and that he had a free day off this Saturday.
Blue nodded at that and told him the time for Saturday.
"I'll be meeting him on Saturday at 12:00 pm at the park." Blue told them and they nodded, they will be following blue and see what this gaster is like.
Blue smiled, he's a bit hopeful that his friend that he made today was the reincarnation of the original gaster..maybe they have one back in their aus as well..
