(11:13)

The sky was dark by the time she got upstate. She heard her bus stop, and stepped out, walking to her parents house, which was only a few minutes away.
She walked up to the door, knocking.
When the door opened, it revealed her mother, dressed in a beautiful maroon dress, her dirty blonde hair, up in a delicate bun. Expensive pearls sat around her neck.
She looked like that all the time, as her parents were very classy people.

"Darling how are you?"
Her mother pulled her in for a hug, rubbing her back affectionately.
"I'm ok, very tired though"
Her mother welcomed her in, as the butler took her bags.
"Sweetheart, there you are"
She got startled by the voice of her father, turning around, seeing her father with a little smile.

"Hi dad"
She shook his hand, as her father has always been very serious.
She can't remember the last time she's hugged him.
They all sat down, as the food was brought to the table.

"So Marlina, tell us what's been going on with you"
Her parents always called her by her classier name.
Her mother put some potatoes on her plate, passing it over to her.
"Well next year I finally graduate, and I've been working with models more"
Her father smiled at her.
"Oh how's Harry"
Her mother asked, and her whole world froze.

She cleared her throat, not ready to tell them the disappointing news.
"Well Harry and I broke up"
Her parents stopped eating.
They did not like the idea of "breaking up"
They believe a person should be with only one person their entire life.
"Well that's-
Her mother paused, trying to find the words.
"Delightful"
She continued eating.

Myla put her head down, embarrassed and also annoyed.
Her parents were not easy to get along with. She doesn't know how she's gonna survive this weekend.

"The food is delicious, but I had a really long bus ride, I'm gonna go to bed"
She got up, removing the napkin from her lap, and heads up the wooden stairs, after saying goodnight.
She changed into her night gown, and slipped under the covers, turning off her lamp. She had dreams about him again. Oh how she missed him.

Harry

He couldn't sleep, all his thoughts were consumed by her.
Walking to the kitchen, he made himself some tea.
He wondered if he will ever have her back. Her delicate touchs, and light morning kisses.
Another reason they broke up was because, Harry was so afraid of love.
So afraid he would cry when she said the three words.
Finishing off his tea, he walked back to the living room, laying on the couch again.

He missed her.
