My dad left the house in anger I feel bad for talking to him this way .
" Why you don't want to marry Shawn " Katie asked sitting next to me
" it's not that I hate him actually I really like him but Katie I'm scared of his anger " I said
" He's like your dad " Katie replied and I nodded agreeing with her , she was right Shawn is just like my dad , my dad is a little hot headed too.
" I'm ready to marry him but what if one day Shawn got mad at me and he tried to hit me " I said
" He's s nice man he'll never do anything to hurt you " Katie replied
" He slapped me just because I was arguing with him and he punished me for not listening to him when he told me to apologize to Liza " I said
" I'm scared of these little things and I know he'll never try to hurt me but when he's mad he just don't see what he's doing " I added
" Aisha i don't know if you have noticed him but he has changed now , you should think about it " Katie replied and went back to her work .
I walked back to my room and locked my door , I phone called my mom not sure if she'll pick up .
" Pick up mom " I whispered to myself
" Hello who ?" My mom asked
" Mom it's me Aisha " I shouted in joy
" Baby how are you I missing you soo much " my mom cried
" I'm sorry mom for that day , please don't cry " I replied
" It's okay Aisha just tell me you're fine and Zack didn't do anything wrong with you " my mom asked
" I'm fine mom all good " I replied
" Aisha the guy you're living with is your fiance " Mom said
" I know mom dad already told me " I replied
" Don't argue with Shawn for anything your dad will not like it " my mom adviced
" Mom actually I want to tell you something " I said
" Yes baby what is it ?" My mom asked
" Mom I lost my virginity" I told her cuz I didn't want to hide such a big thing from her after what happened.
" What Aisha are you mad , you know - " my mom shouted
" Mom Shawn was the one " I replied cutting her off
" Oh so you both already had sex together " my mom questioned
" Yes Mom " I replied
I told my mom everything that happened between me and Shawn , from starting till now.
" So what do you want me to do now ?" My mom asked
" Mom I don't want to marry him , and not this early please " I replied
" Are you kidding you guys already had sex " she said
" Mom it's not about sex it's that Shawn is soo much hot headed I'm scared cuz we fight a lot " I quickly replied
" Darling every couple fight I also fight with your dad and it's natural you need to understand that . All of our things can't match with the other person and it happens with everyone " my mom said
" Do you like him ?" My mom questioned
" Yes I do , I like him soo much mom but it's just that I'm scared " i replied
" Aisha you know your dad and it's final that you're getting married to Shawn if you like it or not , so please do it happily " my mom adviced.
" I know mom but I need time " I replied
" You've a whole month take your time baby " my mom said and I hmmed .
" Make muffins for him he'll be happy " my mom said
" Why ? , does he like muffins ?" I asked
" Yes he loves muffins ,his mother told me " she replied
" Ok mom , bye " I said
" Take care of yourself baby " mom replied

I myself know that I love Shawn but marriage is something that will change our lives forever , I've to stay with Shawn 24/7 , I have to deal with him , respect him , listen to him , tell him where I'm going what I'm doing , I've to do everything what a wife does. I don't want to be a bad wife to him , I want to know him better. Katie was right Shawn has changed a lot he even apologized to me for calling me a slut.
I decided to go down and make muffins for him as he's out for some work.
I heard the opening of the door and ran towards the hall , it was Shawn.
" Hey how was your day ?" I asked .
" Good " he replied with a stern face and sat on the couch.
I rushed towards the kitchen and poured a glass of water for Shawn. I handed over the glass to Shawn and he quickly grabbed it  .
" Anything special today " he asked drinking the water and I shook my head no.
" Shawn I'm really sorry " I spoke as he placed the glass on the table in front of him
" For what " he asked
" For being rude and arguing with you and not listening to you " I replied and he nodded looking at his phone, kind of ignoring me.
" I made something for you " I said
" What is it ?" He questioned his eyes still on phone
" Wait " I said walking to the kitchen to grab the tray of chocolate chip muffins. I placed the tray on the table in front of Shawn.
" Muffins , you made them for me " he shouted and I nodded
" You know I love muffins, thanks for this gift " he replied taking a bite.
" It's delicious you're a nice cook " he added and I smiled
" Do you forgive me now ?" I asked and he nodded with a smile.
