Chapter 3

Soo-won and I were talking about life with some company of tea.

'So,' I said, 'where's Hak?' Soo-won looked at me with a stoic face.

'He left with princess Yona,' he said, hiding something from me.

'And?' I questioned him.' Soo-won faced fell with sad and guilty looking eyes.

'Hak and princess Yona fell down a cliff, he's dead.' Soo-won answered me.

'What,' I yelled, 'that can be true.' Soo-won looked at me with a sad expression on his face. But I knew better, his eyes told me different things. 'What happened,' I asked.'

'On the night of princess Yona's birthday, Hak killed king Il. He left with the princess. Eventually they fell of a cliff. They are both dead.'

'No no..., I can't believe it, Hak would never do something like that,' I said to him. I met with his eyes; he was shocked. My eyes held so many tears. His guild even grows more, seeing my sad eyes. I couldn't believe that my lovely brother would kill the king and eventually died.

'I'm sorry Jess,' Soo-won said giving me a hug.

'What's going to happen know with the kingdom?' I asked him.

'I will be taking care of the kingdom, reuniting the tripes and take back what belong to this kingdom.' Soo-won said with a determination look. He released our hug, putting his hands on my shoulders. 'Stay her, help me reuniting the tripes, restore order to this kingdom. Stand by my side Jess?'

'I don't know Soo-won. You think that's a good idea?'

'Of course, you know to what this kingdom needs. And I want you by my side.'

'I know, but...' I stumbled over my words. I wanted to go back to my love as soon as possible.

'Come on Jess, you and me. We can make this kingdom great again.'

'Fine,' I said smiling at him, hiding my pained expression.

'Good,' Soo-won said, hugging me again. He whispered in my ear a thank you.

Soo-won assigned me a room where I could stay for as long as I wanted. The room was close to his room, might something happen.

I was in the room looking at the night sky. 'I'm sorry my love, I will take a little bite longer thank I expected.' I whispered at the night.

Soo-won wanted me to stay with him, but he hides what he did. He killed the king, but I don't know if its true what he said. Hak couldn't be dead, he would never let Yona die. Well, I don't care if she is dead, but him, my lovely brother, no. He is not dead, eventually we will meet again. For know I need to be careful, because everywhere are soldiers even in the dark shadows.

I looked at the night sky again. 'Watched over my love and my brother for me, please?' I whispered. It nodded at me. 'Thank you, goodnight,' I said smiling.
