It's been about 10 hours since Ruby's entered her metamorphosis where we see WBY, JNPR, Y/N, and Jack all sitting around a campfire next to Ruby's cocoon eating together.
Jack:So in summary, we're all monke
Y/N shook his head and laughed while all the girls started to laugh as well.
Y/N:Well that's fantastically insane, but also true at the same time.
Ruby's cocoon lit up and flashed blue multiple times, indicating Mothra heard the entire thing.
Y/N: So this is what it takes to freaking start an existential conversation on if we're all secretly monkeys, sitting next to a girl who's also a moth goddess who's currently inside a waterfall going through metamorphosis, I love you guys!
The girls finally stopped laughing and some started to giggle at what Y/N said.
Yang: Yeah, I love you too Y/N~
Y/N facepalmed as that was not the type of love that he was describing. He looked over at Blake and Weiss to see them smiling at him, albeit with small blushes on their faces. He chuckled and then turned over to Jack.
Y/N: These girls are the best thing to happen to us, isn't that right Jack?
Jack: No kidding, have I ever told you how much you all mean to us?
Blake:Ugh please... Y/N literally says it every other night
Y/N: I'm being honest though, besides I know you girls love it~
Weiss: N-no we don't! Baka!
Y/N smirked before turning to team JNPR who were all blushing like crazy since Jack was looking at them with a longing look. Y/N leaned to Jack and whispered into his ear.
Y/N: Dude, make your move, they all like you, besides you'll be with Nora and Pyrrha! What's there to lose!
Jack: I don't know.... I just can't bring myself to do it...
Y/N: Nervous huh?
Jack: You can't make fun of me, RWBY practically threw themselves at you and you just went with it, JNPR isn't doing the same, and I never had any experience with asking someone out on Earth.
Y/N: I understand where you're coming from, but if you're too slow....I might try to get Nora or Pyrrha!
Jack:You wouldn't dare!
Y/N:Oh I wi-
Y/N got sucker punched in the face by Jack and saw sent on the floor, he stayed there and sighed.
Y/N: I deserve that....ouch sorry Jack, genuinely I am.
Pyrrha: What's going on over here!
Y/N:Just pushed Jack's buttons a little, no big deal.
Pyrrha:Well I would like it if you can stop that....(quietly) it kind of hurts seeing him like that.
Y/N:What was that?
Pyrrha:Nothing... anyway can we do any other activities before we head back to the research station?
Y/N: Not anymore....it's about to be nighttime and that's when the risk for a MUTO attack will be at the highest.
Nora: Awwww! I wanted to do something with you guys!
Jack: I could come with you guys back to the research station to hang out. Y/N can you keep watch over Ruby for the night until I arrive?
Y/N:Yeah, I can certainly do that.
Blake: Wait..... if MUTOs are literally built to kill his kind, then why are we leaving him alone?
