We kept walking till we found the temple. Once there both me and orochi grabbed a gilded pawn and as we started walking a group of grimm ambushed us

Cardins pov

as we approach the temple, Dove was looking around trying to act as if he could protect everyone, Russel was just normally walking while thinking Dove is an idiot as well and Sky was trembling in fear that an ambush occurs at us.

Cardins: ( Geez, how could i get such a bunch of freaks. )

The Grimm that ambushed them started quick attacks, Orochi used his electric tail to stop most of them and to take them away from most of the group.

Joshua made some turrets to shot every single Grimm in the head.

Goman threw many of them far away from the others so he could fight them alone, and Germain dodged some of their attacks and armed himself with the Pocket Watch.

But what really happened in the scene Cardin saw was:

Joshua: Krck! ?!

Joshua stepped back from the attack the Grimm made, making him attack Joshuas turret.

Joshua: NO! DONT DO I-

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!

The explosion caught most of the Grimm, making them feel pain and suffering, something that Joshua didnt wanted for no one to feel.

Joshua shot the head of many of them to finish them and make the creatures stop feeling such pain.

Cardins pov:
