"hoseok, yoongi! get up! its prom day~" Jimin yelled from downstairs, them both sitting up as yoongi groaned. "yay, prom!~" hoseok exclaimed softly as he rubbed his eyes, yoongi took his hand and got up. "quick, lets change before its too late" yoongi said and kissed his cheek, leaving hoseok a blushing mess. He nodded and went in the restroom, slowly slipping the dress on as yoongi was fixing his suit up. He headed downstairs and waited beside jimin for hoseok to come down. Hoseok stared at himself in the mirror, almost seeing his ten year old self. dang he's grown alot..
Hoseok sighed and let out a light smile before turning around, heading for the door. Hoseok walked downstairs slowly and saw yoongi in his suit, the two boys became flustered. Yoongi laughed nervously as jimin simply smirked in the background. "y-you look beautiful seok" yoongi said as his breath hitched, hoseok smiling and looked down at the dress. "thanks, yoonie."

"i-its so loud what the hell!" Hoseok pouted, yoongi squeezing his hand tightly as music blasted around them. "lets just go find our friends" yoongi replied in which hoseok nodded and looked for them, he made a happy reaction when he noticed jimin with two other boys. "jimin!" Hoseok exclaimed, the three boys turning their heads as he saw jimins face light up. "hey boys~" he giggled as yoongi pouted looking the other direction. "oh, I forgot to tell you. these are my, boyfriends.." jimin mumbled as hoseok squealed, glaring at them happily. "nice to meet you guys! im hoseok and this is yoongi, my..boyfriend!" Yoongi widened his eyes and turned his head to face hoseok, smiling with his little gummy smile. "hello, im jungkook!" The black haired boy greeted, in which another boy bowed and looked at them. "im taehyung" the blonde haired boy added.
They spent their time talking, then finding seokjin with another guy. His name was Namjoon apparently, they looked pretty cute together and hoseok had already shipped them. "do you want anything to eat, seok?" Yoongi asked, still keeping his hand interlocked with the youngers. "yes please~"

"yves, stay with me!" Chuu whined, holding onto her girlfriend tightly. "im just going to get us water, stay here for a second?" She pouted, chuu huffed and looked in the other direction. Yves rolled her eyes, turning her head back around and kissing her softly. Chuu blushed and smiled, they pulled away and chuu jumped in excitement. "now, ill be right back baby!" Yves said in a soft voice, running to the snack bar and getting two waters. "kim lip?" She noticed the person running the stand was her old elementary school friend, they were pretty close until she moved and met chuu. "yves? its been so long!" She smiled, handing her the waters. "literally, how are you?"
They chatted for a bit, until yves almost forgot she had to go back to her clingy girlfriend who was probably standing on the side in between tables. "okay, its nice talking to you. bye kim lip!" With that they both waved and yves rushed to chuu, she panted and smiled. "sorry it took long, i saw a friend from a while ago" yves explained as chuu giggled, getting the water and taking a sip. "they're almost gonna play the slow dance song, get ready yves!" Chuu said as yves widened her eyes, sitting down.

"okay, everyone get up and grab your partner! its time for the dance of the night~" the dj said, everyone immediately getting up and talking. Yoongi blushed, chewing on his bottom lip softly. "h-hoseok?" Yoongi called, hoseok looked at him and smiled. "would you care to dance with me?" Hoseok felt his face turn pink, his hands started to get a bit sweaty but he agreed. They got up and got into the dance position, hoseok breathed in as the music started to play. Yoongi tried his best to get all the moves down, hoseok smiling as he kept the same flustered look. He was spun around by yoongi, they locked eye contact for a moment until going back to dancing. "y-you look beautiful right now hoseok" yoongi muttered as hoseok blushed, he danced for a bit more until the music stopped. The two panted, everyone clapped for the couples and they all went back to what they were doing.

"hoseok, come with me" yoongi told him, hoseok taking his hand as the boy lead him to the rooftop. They sat down and stared at the beautiful city of new york, wow it was so beautiful from here. "i-its, very pretty." Hoseok said under his breath as yoongi looked at him, "just like you~" Hoseok widened his eyes and hid his face in his hands. Yoongi laughed nervously, "sorry".
Hoseok laid his head on yoongis shoulder, closing his eyes as they listened to the sound of wind and cars beeping. "hoseok?" Yoongi spoke up, almost startling the younger. "yes yoongi?" He replied, "can i uhm..k-kiss you?" He asked, biting his tongue hoping he would say yes. Hoseok blushed and nodded, yoongi sighed in relief and pulled him by his head slightly. They finally kissed, hoseoks soft lips pressing against his. After a while, the two pulled away and sat in silence. "didn't think i would be kissing my best friend at prom."
