Chapter Two-

"How do you know? I thought you didn't see him since he ran away so fast?" Jaden questioned as I started my short journey back to the café.

"I don't know. I remember somehow. Like...like I remember the back of his head, I saw curls and a tall man body, I guess?" I began to run, desperate to find the man.

We finally reached the door to StarBucks and I searched the small diner for the curly haired man.

"There!" I heard Jaden whisped into my ear, loud enough for me to hear clearly. I looked to where she was pointing and there he was. That was the man that saved me. Perfect curls framed around his face, dimples showing as he looked down to his phone, reading something funny, obviously.

"Okay, be right back. Stay here." I sternly told Jaden. She huffed and sat down on the nearest booth and watched me as I walked to my rescuer.

"Uh, excuse me?" I whispered as sweetly as possible to the man, still eyes on his phone.

"Huh?" He looked up, my breathing hitched as I looked into his bright green eyes. They were breath taking. The perfect shade of bright green with little speckles of darker.

I noticed I'd been staring and reached my hand out to greet him properly. "Hi, I'm Drew." I say sweetly as I take hold of his large, very large, hand.

"I...uh I'm Harry." He replied, smiling showing his adorable dimples. Wait, adorable? No. Not adorable.

"Uh, I have a question." Looking down to my fingers and whispering.

"Go on.." Harry said, moving his hands in a circular motion.

"Well...did you maybe 'save' anyone recently?" The question came out slow, trying to figure out what his reaction may be.

"Well...yeah. I did actually." The green eyed man replied, looking down to his phone.

"May I ask what you saved them...from?"

Pondering over my question, he put his phone in his shirt pocket and sighed. "Uh...well what happened was, I was walking down the streets, 7 p.m. and I heard a...quite innocent yelp. I followed my ears and stopped at a dark, long alley. Hearing more screams, I ran down to find the person, most likely girl, in need to maybe help. I cam across a man, slightly bending over a frightened young girl, probably your age. I tiptoed around the man to see him quickly stripping the terrified girl, I assumed he was going to Uhm...rape her. I acted fast and grabbed a near by trash can and knocked the disgusting man out. She hadn't had much harm so I...uh left." He finished his long description of the night I never wanted to replay in my head.

"Harry, what you you say if I told you that... I was the girl you saved?" His eyes widened with my words, guiltily drooping his head to look at his long, slim fingers.

"Oh my god." Was all I got out of Harry. He started shaking his head in protest, "No...that's not possible! How did you find me?"

"I just wanted to say thank you, to the moon and back, I don't think I could ever amount up to repaying you. Me and my friend saw you walking into here and, honestly we were searching for you...I guess we got lucky." I shyly smiled and looked down to my short nails. "Could I maybe...repay you somehow?"

"No, bab- Drew, that's not needed. I did it for your safety. I don't want 're-payed'" Harry said shaking his head.

"Can I at least maybe take you out for dinner?" Smiling I looked up him, his dimples deeply indenting his cheeks nodding a yes to my question. "Great! Tomorrow, 6:30?" I asked.

"Sounds good. Here's my number, text me your address." He said handing me a napkin with ten digits, his number writin on it.

"Okay. Thanks again, that probably won't be the last time you hear me say that." He chuckled as I waved goodbye, walking back to Jaden.
