lunch date

Dazai POV

a lunch date with chuuya is a dream, and today, it's coming true. we walk to the nearest restaurant and we sit down.

"i'll pay, what would you like?" i ask chuuya as he looks at the lunch side of the menu.
he scanned over it and looked back up at me.
"i'll pay." he says and gives me those, 'no is not an answer' kinda of mom eyes.

i swear he kills me on the inside, chuuyas not a woman but i would not mind committing double suicide with him. this proves how much i love this crazy man.

"alright whatever chuu chuu." i smile. he glares at me, then looks back at the menu. i pick up mine and look too.

"i'll have the ramen." i say when the water asks for our order.
"i'll have the bento box with the fish, other than  that, it can be a surprise." chuuya added and smiled as he wrote down our order, then walked away.

"you're like a girl chuuya." i say as he puts his menu down.
"HAH?!"
"i'm saying you're really pretty and your body type is more feminine, and you eat like one too, you barely eat, do you even eat enough?" i say, turning my compliment into an 'are you ok?!'

man i'm an idiot...

"o-oh.." chuuya goes, he starts blushing and he looks down to his feet to hide his red face.
aww! chuuya is so cute! i hope he knows that..

"anyway, chuuya! how is it at the mafia, i've been wanting to visit to see you and akutagawa, then i had this mission." i say, smiling at him, showing him not to worry.
"oh things have gone well, akutagawa is getting stronger, i think you should see him again, also i think there's something going on between him and Atsushi." he said, giving a sly look on his face.

"hmm, i've seen that too, Atsushi-Kun had been more- how should i say, bashful after missions and quite." i say, leaning closer so chuuya could hear.

"hehehe." chuuya giggled and smiled, this is gonna be fun, i'm going to leave after akutagawa when he goes on another mission with him, and you stay in the office until i text you, i wanna see what would happen, we'll ask the people at the café." he said, leaning in too.

i nod and we talk about what happened over the years, we're finally getting along, just how much longer until i can tell him i like him..

"here's your food!" our waiter said, placing the bento and ramen in front of us.
"thank you." i say before he left.

"thank you for this food!" we both say then dig into our food, smiling at each other.
"this is so good.." chuuya said with a mouthful of fish.
"i agree." i say, slurping up some noodles.

we finished our food and we sat and talked as we drank some tea, waiting a bit until our food settled.

"let me pay." i say, when the waiter drops off the bill.
"no, i'll will, end of story." he said coldly.

ah- i forgot chuuya could be so scary..
chuuya paid and we made our way out of the restaurant and made our way back to the agency before the mafia.

"thank you for the report." the president said.
"also, chuuya, there is no need for you to deliver your report, i will just send it over
mori over at the mafia, just hang out with dazai for the day." he smiled, wishing them to
have a safe day as we exited.

chuuya just nodded and walked out with me
to the café again.
"say chuuya, want to wait here until double black 2.0 comes back?" i ask him, stopping in front of a booth.

"sure." he smiled and sat next to me as we chatted out who will sleep where tonight.

time passed by quickly and soon, akutagawa and atsushi were back, with atsushi blushing and akutagawa smirking.
"ah! Dazai and Chuuya-San! i'll go and give our report and come back down here with you two!" atsushi-kun said and grabbed the small
booklet from akutagawa.

he went upstairs and Chuuya and i continued bickering at each other.
"no you stupid bastard!" he yelled at me.
"ugh!"
"how about we just sleep in the same damn bed?!" chuuya said, then blushed deeply.
