Omegaverse exp.

OMEGAVERSE:: All "kinds" can emit pheromones, but omegas can go into heat.

Alphas are able to impregnate Omegas. Alphas may or may not be dominant. Male Alphas usually have a knot when aroused.

Betas may or may no be subordinate to Alphas and may or may not be able to impregnate Omegas: Betas are often presented as having "normal" human anatomy, with none of the special attributes of Alphas or Omegas, or as peacemakers between Alphas and Omegas.

Omegas are generally lowest on the hierarchy,  Male Omegas are self-lubricating and have the ability to become pregnant, sometimes referred to as being bred or mated. Omegas in some works they considered the most fragile of the hierarchy, with frailer bodies and painful presentations. Male omegas are especially subject to fertility issues, miscarriages, and difficult pregnancies.

Alpha and Omega lovers may form pair-bonds (often involving mating bites) with a special connection with telepathic or empathetic qualities. The  Alphas may be jealous and possessive of their mate, while the Omega may become highly tied and neddy. Omegas may go into heat and need to have sex; this may be the only time Omegas are fertile. The Alpha equivalent is known as a rut.

RUT::Ruts occur in alphas, and are similar to heats in terms of how it makes the alpha feel. When an alpha comes into contact with the pheromones of an omega in heat, they can become aroused and go into rut, which is essentially an unquenchable need to stick their d_ck in the omega at hand. This can lead to violence, random alphas off the streets trying to break in, and a good many dub-con/non-con sexual acts. All alphas are subject to this, but alphas which are bonded to another omega, or alphas that are closely biologically related to omegas, find the rut to be calmer, and more resistible. 

SUPRESSANTS::the omegaverse there are two types of contraceptives (sometimes more but they’re rarely used) There is Heat-control, called Supressants, and birth-control (like our typical birth control) Heat-control is used when an omega either wants to identify as a beta/alpha or when they simply don’t want to have heats. They are extremely damaging to the body. They can cause sickness, sometimes cancer,  and can in extreme cases they can even cause permanent infertility. Birth-control allows for hearts, but prevents conception. These include the pill, intrauterine contraceptives, and condoms. 

HEAT::  When an omega feels an urge to have s-x for biological reasons outside of their control (in other words, they go into heat).(this can only happen with omegas)The heat can be "mitigated" if the omegas Alpha is near the omega(it doesnt needs to be s"x)it can be cuddling,or scenting.

SCENTING:: The scenting points are on the sides of their necks, ankles, and wrists.Scent marking is commonly done between partners who are not yet married. It's a way to exchange scents, so others will smell yourself on the one you claim as yours. For scent marking to happen the scent gland must simply be activated in both partners by rubbing up on one another to exchange scents. Easy as that.

NEST::  Its usually a place where an Omega can be comfortable, whether if he is in heat or just having a bad day. It can be a closet or a couch, a small room or a bed. It will usually be filled with soft things, the most smelling like his/her mate(s) if they have one. It usually makes them feel comfortable in all times
