choi beomgyu...this man seemed to be a big mischievous fool. she recalled last night and the three guys she had met. kang taehyun, he seemed like a smart gentleman. and that, what was his name again? yeonjun? well...first impression of him was that he wasn't self-conscious.
she somehow felt that her life would be full of excitement while living here. she just wasn't sure if she was up for it.
she let out a soft sigh as she began hanging up the posters she had very carefully packaged up for their safe transport to her new home for the time being. her room was on the second level and she was right next to the bathroom. her room was a decent size, nothing too small but it wasn't very big either. it was livable.
the bathroom thankfully was pretty large and clean, she was surprised since guys had been using it. it would be nice not having to share a bathroom with an entire floor of the girls dormitory.
she carefully hung up her posters of her idol bands all around her room. she placed lightsticks ontop of her dresser and put up polaroid pictures she collected from albums on the frame of her bed. ah, her lovely boy bands.
she smiled when she was finished decorating her room, placing her hands on her hips as she gazed at her work. "alright, let's get some breakfast~" she said happily. she grabbed a large hoodie from her suitcase and put it on over her pjs before she left her room and walked down the stairs.
she had yet to meet kana's aunt. she was told that she lives on the third floor, she had the entire floor to herself, but if hyerim owned a building she would do the same thing. she wouldn't want to deal with all of these young adults 24/7.
she walked to the kitchen and didn't notice anyone else was downstairs yet. well, maybe she could eat in peace? she opened the fridge and gazed at the contents. she would replace whatever she borrowed now later on when she bought her own groceries and drinks.
grabbing the container of milk, she closed the fridge before she nearly had a heart attack. standing behind the open door was someone she hadn't met last night.
"jesus make a noise or something next time!" she complained, holding a hand over her heart as it raced from surprise.
the stranger gave her a cheeky smile and rubbed his neck sheepishly. "ah sorry about that...but that's my milk..." he glanced at the container of milk that hyerim was holding. her eyes widened and she quickly held it out to him.
"ah i'm sorry! i was just going to use a little! i will replace it later on today when i go shopping!" she gave him a bow while she continued extending the milk out to him.
hyerim heard soft laughter before the weight of the milk was removed from her hands. she glanced up to see crescent shaped eyes and a smile that felt so welcoming.
"you can have some, no need to replace it. we all share each other's food here. i was just messing with you." he said before he placed a hand on the top of her head and ruffled her hair. he walked over to the cupboards before he easily reached up and grabbed two mugs, placing them on the counter. geez, he was pretty tall, basically a lot of girls ideal height.
he poured two glasses of milk before he extended one out to her with that same welcoming smile. "sorry i didn't meet you last night, i was working part time for the night shift. i'm choi soobin." he told her.
hyerim happily took the offered glass from him and gave him a bright smile. he seemed like such a sweetheart! "it's no problem at all. i'm lee hyerim! it's nice to meet you! i hope we get along well." she told him happily.
soobin gestured towards the table before he walked over and took a seat, taking a sip of his milk. "so, we were told that your the land lady's niece's friend. and that you got yourself into a bit of trouble and had no where else to go?" he glanced at her with amusement in his eyes and a smile that looked like a cute little bunny.
