Forced Marriage(PJM)(FF)

Chapter 5

"Welcome to Di'era Sir!" the workers of the restaurant warmly welcomed their customers. Jimin arrived there at 6.40 p.m. since his work at office had done more early.

"You must be Mr Jimin, your parents have reserved the table. Go straight and turn to your left, there on your corner they will be." Informing the oblivious man, the male butler bowed.

Bowing lightly, he went the direction they instructed, there he saw his parents with someone else. Their back was on his face so he couldn't see the people his father told him.

Given the cold personality of him, Jimin just walked and greeted simply with a hello. His parents saw it and smiled lightly at it. It was fake afterall.

"So thank you for coming, I'm so happy today. In fact, I thought we won't be able to meet. But fate is the ruler. So, my dear best friend, how are you? "

Jimin wondered who is that best friend of his parents. Chin up, his eyes roamed on them shamelessly. That person looked very familiar indeed. But it recognized his mind as a half memories. Why he couldn't pin-point it? Mind wandering, it's more like a faded reminiscence he shouldn't remember.

"Yes, I guess Park families are the rarest for the occasion, isn't?" They all laughed at that silly statement.

"I'm so happy I got to meet you Jihee and Jinshin"

Jimin was quite fazed at the moment, this couple must be very close to his parents. They talked with no honorifics.

"Me too. I could have laughed everyday if Jungki had bragged his nose and visual." Again the latters started laughing. It was their happy moment and they were fetching it to recall their memories. Alot has happened and messed up pretty much alot of things.

"So now that all of you are here, I would like to announce something important. So Jimin, both Park's have decided to get you married to their daughter Jia."

He couldn't say anything. His mouth was shut.

All his emotions started bubbling. He was angry and frustrated that his parents chose his marriage life without discussing it with him. "What are you saying dad? What do you mean you planned to get me married? You never enunciated about this matter to me." He started to utter wearily.

"No, we have discussed this before, and as your parents we know what's right and wrong for you. All you have to do is engage with what's going on and get yourself used to it. They are happy to accept you as their daughter's husband and son-in-law. This is the end of our discussion. There should be no more speak about it" Then Jinshin just glared at his son as he kept a blank face.

Jimin can't stand it anymore.

"NO!"

"I WON'T GET MARRIED, YOU CAN'T HAVE EVERYTHING IN YOUR WAY!!"

"DO YOU EVEN CARE FOR ME DAD?!"

Standing up abruptly, his legs carried him away. He entered in his car. Tears kept flowing from those beautiful eyes. "W-why does h-he don't even think about me? How I feel?" Hands crossed on steering wheel, he buried his face in it.

"No I love Nancy and I won't get married. I can't cheat on her. She's my only love and I will only marry her. She is the only woman I love. Nancy's the one who deserves to be my wife"

As he said it, he swiftly wiped his tears away and started the car engine to drive away to Nancy's house. His ears wanted to fill in some comforting words not demanding and emotionless voice.

Nancy's warm cuddles that could make him feel better. He tried to call her, she wouldn't pick it up.

"Maybe she's busy" He softly mumbled to himself.

Soon in minutes, he reached her house and parked the car. He had her house keys because they mostly stay together in days like this. Unlocking the door with a click, he went in just to met with darkness. Is she not at home? But he clearly saw her car outside. Maybe she was tired and didn't bother turning on the lights.

As he placed his car keys on the table stand, he started climbing the stairs.

To his surprise, he saw something.

Cliffhanger. What did he see? Bad or good?
