bakugo katsuki, is a name that almost everyone knew and had heard of. he was one of the most successful chief executive officer of the bussiness industry. he was quite a popular one too, from his looks to the way he carries himself, people swoons at his presence.

but everyone knew that they had no chance with the young ceo for he was bound to date or even marry someone of the same status as him, if only they knew.

no one knew that you, a mere assistant for someone so powerful could catch bakugo katsuki's attention. they never notice the glances he threw your way during meetings, or the soft voice that he only use when talking to you, or the times where both of you exit the same room. after all, you were his assistant and it was your job to always be by his side.

"thats all for this week's meeting." bakugo dismissed the board of directors, and as an assistant, you made sure everyone left. as the people pile out of the door, you thanked them each and told them you looked forward for the next meeting.

you went and closed the door, and picked up the papers from the large circular desk, compiling each one for your boss to read later. you could feel bakugo's gaze at you whilst you did your job.

once you were at his arms' length, you were aggressively pulled to his side. a large yelped escaped your lips from the sudden pull, but you clasped your hand to your mouth before any loud curses leave your lips. arms were wrapped around your waist tight while you tried to pull away from bakugo's grip.

"katsuki, the door's unlocked!" you informed, scared that anyone could walk in and see the young ceo hugging his own assistant. you only felt his arms tightened around you, and his face nuzzled on your side as you were standing while he was sitting on his chair.

"let them see." he said, voice muffled by your clothes but you could hear him clearly. you stopped squirming, frowning at his dissatisfied voice, "want them to know that you're mine." he continued, head lifting up to look at your face.

"what's got you like this all of a sudden?" you asked, sitting in front of him, right at the desk. bakugo scoffed and looked away, muttering something incoherent to you. you asked him to repeat it again.

"one of the directors were looking at you in a way they shouldn't." bakugo answered, grabbing your hand to hold and caressing your knuckles.

"mmm? in what way?"

"in lust." he kissed each knuckle on your hand, each kiss filled with a silent confession. "why can't i claim you as mine and show you off to the public?" it was more of asking himself than you but you still answered.

"because they wouldn't accept me dating someone like you." you took your hand from him and rested it on his cheeks, caressing it. "besides, your mother expects highly from you, she wouldn't approve—"

"bullshit!" he snapped, hands coming down to hit the arms of his chairs, then coming to cup your own cheeks as he laid his forehead with yours, "no one has the rights to tell me whats right or wrong. they have no rights to judge me or the one i love."

your heart fluttered from his words, bakugo doesn't verbalize his feelings often but when he does, the world around you seem to dissappear, only focusing on him.

you looked into his ruby red eyes, determination and pleas swirl around his orbs as his lips quivered. he wanted to let everyone know that you were his, and he was yours. he wanted everyone to know that he choose you and not someone because of their status.

but you weren't ready, not yet. you love bakugo katsuki with all your heart and you want nothing more than hold his hand in public and be happy with him as his lover, and not just assistant. but it was not yet time, you needed more.

"some day, someday katsuki we'll let everyone know about us, about our love." you left a kiss on his lips in which he returned as well, caressing the hand that was holding you cheek.

"but for now, nobody needs to know."
