Rynn's POV

I woke up to the sunlight hitting my eyes and I got up. We have alot to do. Starting over with nothing. Honestly I never thought I would see the day. First. Clothes.

I grabbed my room key and walked out and went down to the lobby up to the front desk.

''Where can I find some clothes.'' I said

''Down the street is a mall'' She said and I nodded.

I walked outside. I saw a yellow car a taxi I believe they call it.

I got in and he looked at me.

''um okay then where to'' He said

''mall'' I said and he nodded.

He drove down the street and I saw a big beautiful building. We stopped in the front and I unbuckled my belt.

''hey my money'' He said.

''you will pay for it'' I said.

''I will pay'' He repeated.

''good'' I said and I got out and I walked inside.

Everyone looked at me weird. I don't blame them because of the way I look. I walked into the first shop I could and grabbed a good pair of clothes and went to the dressing room and changed. I pulled off the tags and alarm tags which surprisingly aren't even that hard to take off.

I walked out and grabbed a pair of shoes and slipped them off and I grew one of my claws and sliced off the string.

I walked out before anyone noticed and went to a different shop.

As I was looking I stopped. I saw the guy who was in the car and I saw he was with a couple more guys. I accidentally made eye contact and I quickly looked away. I walked out as fast as I could and then I heard someone call out.

''Hey!'' I heard.

I turned around and he had jogged up to me.

''Can I help you?'' I said.

''Sorry you look familiar have we met?'' He said.

''Is that what you ask every girl you talk to?'' I said and he chuckled.

''No no you just look very familiar. Do you go to Woodlyn High?'' He said.

''High school?'' I said.

''Uh yes high school.'' He said confused.

''Maybe'' I said.

''Really?'' He said.

''I might transfer there still undecided'' I said. High school. Never thought I would see the day.

''Well um I have to get back to my friends um hopefully you transfer I would love to see you around'' He said and smiled. He walked away.

Humans are very interesting.

I walked around and gathered everything I needed. Including money.

I got my hands on a laptop and searched up Woodlyn High. I saw they close at five so I decided to head there. I hopped in a taxi and he took me there.

''Stay here and don't leave and do not give anyone else a ride'' I said and he nodded.

I walked in and I got to the office and saw a lady.

''Hi I would like to enroll'' I said

''sweetie it's Four thirty'' She said.

''Now'' I said.

''I'll find the principal.'' She said.

''You do that'' I said and she walked off.

A couple minutes later a man came out.

''Can I help you?'' He said

I'll spare you the boring details of enrolling I wanted to fall asleep. I compelled him to get me into the system and you could officially say I was a student at Woodlyn.

I went back to the taxi and he looked at me.

''go to where I can get a car'' I said and he nodded.

As he drove I dozed off.

~TEN YEARS AGO~

I looked out the car window as we drove to get ice cream and all of a sudden I heard a scream and then we were swerving. We came to a stop and my mom was frozen in her seat. I couldn't see outside she tried to start the car but it wasn't working. I heard growling and my mom stopped moving. All of a sudden the windshield broke and I saw it.

The wolf. My mom was dragged out and I felt a sharp pain in my arm before I just blacked out.

~BACK TO TODAY~

I heard a horn and I snapped out of it. I looked and saw a lot full of cars.

''stay here until I say'' I said and he nodded.

I got out and walked inside.

I spent about a couple hours picking a car. They call it 2020 jaguar I-PACE.

''Thank you for your time'' I said and he handed me the key and nodded.

''The license plate will be here in a couple days be sure to come back the temporary ones are all set for you.'' She said and I nodded.

''Thank you'' I said.

I grabbed my stuff from the taxi and gave him fifty dollars and put everything in my car.

I remember in training it wasn't that hard. I got in and I turned on the car. I put on my seat belt and put the car in drive. I accidentally stepped on the gas too hard and almost crashed into another car but luckily stopped before I could. I reversed and drove off. It was difficult and nothing like training but I got used to it.

I got back to the hotel and started unpacking my things into the drawers and set up my laptop. I charged my phone and I went to the bathroom and showered.

Everything seems so fast paced. But I have been waiting for the day where I became free.

The only thing left on my list. A new identity...................
