He fell into the sea after running from the god of electro, Baal. He knew he can't stand a chance against her after seeing his friend lose miserably. He admired and look up to this one particular person he encountered during his journey.
Ryou is special to him despite the short amount of time they spent together. Ryou was exceptional. Kazuha always felt that there's a lot of things he has yet to learn from him.
He couldn't not really understand why Ryou decide to challenge Baal. No one ever survive from it yet he dare to put his life on the line.
Kazuha dashed away with Ryou's vision circlet. He decided to left inazuma but in that instant, he couldn't think of anything. He fell right into the sea.
"Ahh, is this the end of me? Why do you have to lose, ryou. If you decide to challenge her, you should have win. I'm sorry... I came too late. I hope Tama is well. I couldn't take her along." He slowly lose hope and close his eyes. This might be the last time he seen the moonlight shone brightly on the surface of the ocean.
Tama is Ryou's favourite cat. Ryou is kind-hearted and easygoing. He take care of stray cats and often seen playing with cats. Despite his empowering strength, he feared dogs. He always smile, even at the brink of the death, he was smiling. As if he already expect the outcome and still decided to fight. Instead of running.
"I really hate you." He murmured as he fell deeper. The moonlight suddenly became darken. He opens his eyes and saw Ryou coming to save him.

He was brought upon the fleet by a woman with exceptional strength. She seem to be an electro vision user too.
'Where am I? Ryou. I saw him just now. Is it my illusion? Ryou, where are you?' he panicked and turn around to search for Ryou.
"What are you searching for?" A woman voice was heard. He turn and look at the direction of the voice. A tall woman with an eye patch on her left eyes. She has a long hair and a red eye. Her appearance seems strange to him as she wear Liyue-style clothing. Her manner is so far away from any women he ever met. She is drenched in water, so obviously she's his savior.

"She looks mean." Kazuha whispered and look away from Beidou. To his surprise, she heard him. She smirked upon his remark.
"Shall I throw you into the ocean back? Or do you want to behave and follow our rules?" Beidou said jokingly. She seems to be able to read his face and roughly understand his situation. Hence, she doesn't take his remark seriously and decided to help him regardless.
