She tried to sneak into her house when the kitchen light went on and her stepmom was standing there.
"Hello, kitten," she said.
"Dont call me that," katrice said.
"I see you've brought a friend, you will feed him with your own money.
I and your father are going on a holiday for two days to get away from you.
Have fun" she said.
She left the house slamming the door as the car screeched and they drove off.
She sat on a chair ticking into the counter.
"I hope she never comes back, my dad used to be such a nice man and now he's a drunk that can keep it in his pants," she said.
A young woman sat by her.
"She's going to leave him, you need to run," she said.
"I can't run, this house is all I have left" said katrice.
"He will blame you, he will hurt you," said the woman.
"Who are you talking to?" he said.
"The woman sitting next to me," said katrice.
"Kat there's no one sitting next to you.
Why are you going to run?" he said.
She looked at the woman and she melted from a nice lady to a skeleton going into dusk.
She gasped and fell off her chair.
"Oh my God, are you alright?" josh said helping her up.
"Yeah, I think so," she said looking at him.
"Am I going crazy?" she said looking up at him.
"I don't know?" he said.
She slid down and hugged her knees.
"Hey don't cry," said josh.
"Im not crying im terrified, I can see ghosts good and evil and there telling me to run because my dad with hurting me when his crazy wife leaves him," she said.
"He will cheat on him, we can take care of her for you," said a spirit.
"STOPPPPP!!!, I am it going to have you kill her.
NO!" said screamed covering her eyes with her hands.
"No one is there," said josh.
"Get out," said katrice.
"What," he said.
"You think im crazy so why should you stay here.
I'll see you in school." she said kicking her out and locking the door.
She went upstairs and got ready for bed early.
Suddenly something came into her room.
He walked to her watching her struggle to sleep.
He was tall, had black short hair that covered his forehead.
His eyes were a bright crimson that could see into her soul.
Suddenly he saw a woman walk into the room.
He looked at her and the other spirits protecting her.
"When are they coming?" said the woman.
"Not soon enough, if only she wasn't afraid of this." said a man.
"Shhh, she's waking up.
Ginny stop poking you she's not a toy." said another woman.
"He's a Volturi, you bite her and we will rip you apart," said the child.
"Ginny, he's watching her sleep not draining her." said the woman.
They looked at her and disappeared.
He looked at her.
He jumped back out the window.

Felix went into the throne room.
"How is she?" said aro.
"She's a spirit.
There were four spirits just watching her." said Felix.
"Interesting, brothers I think we should visit our darling katrice," said aro.
Caius smirked looking at his brother.
Marcus smiled slightly.

She woke up to the birds screaming by the window.
She noticed her now open window and quickly slammed it shut.
She turned around to see her father hung on the door.
She screamed as it turned back into a man.
She called on the floor looking at the man walking past her with a scary-ass face.
She cried shivering not wanting to believe what she saw.
She looked up to see her stepmom standing there.
She picked her up and stopped her from breathing.
"You did this, it was you," she said.
Katrice let out a blood-curdling scream as the spirits turned to dust.
She fell to the floor coughing trying to breathe.
She got her shoes on and a cost running out of the house as the lights flickered.
She ran and the spirits followed her.
She ran to the forest where the body was hoping to see those red eyes.
She fell cutting her knee open she flipped over and cried she was terrified.
Her stepmom was killed they killed her.
She wanted someone to find her.
She waited there as the blood dripped on the floor.
She stood up to see a group of spirits looking at her.
She ran away.
She didn't know where she was going but she just needed to find someone.
She heard the voices in her head scream causing her to fall into a river.
She got up.
She held her head seeing a house.
She ran and knocked on the door.
A woman opened it.
"Hello, oh my.
Are you alright dear?" she said.
She looked at the husband with a blade and white eyes.
He was possessed.
"Were trying to save you?" he said in a demonic voice.
"BEHIND YOU!!!" said screamed as she was stabbed blood dripping on the floor.
"No, leave me alone," she said as the woman was dragged in.
She took the keys and hid in the car.
She put the windows up and locked the doors.
She looked in her pocket to see a pendulum her mother got her.
She hung it on the car as the spirits tried getting in but fell apart the minute the angelic light touched them.
She cried and screamed as thousands of sports attacked the car.
"MOM, WHAT DO I DO," she said crying.
She drove the car as the spirits sped up catching up to her.
"You can't run away from us," said the child.
"No, but I can fucking drive," she said pounding on the speed as she lost them.
She went home and snuck to get her phone before running back to the car.
"Hello, dad.
Dad are you ok" she said terrified.
"He's not available anymore could I take a message," said a demon.
She hung up.
She let the tears pool down as she drove to josh's house.
She came in running upstairs with the pendulum in hand.
"What are you doing?" said josh half asleep.
He was a night owl so he some up at 1 pm always.
She hugged him.
"I didn't know if you were alive, I had to see you," she said stuttering.
"Hey, what happened." said josh.
"The spirits, there trying to kill me or do something.
My stepmom was stood outside my door and choked me without touching me.
I ran to a forest and found a little house.
A lovely woman answered the door but a demon posted her husband and stabbed her and ripped her apart.
I stole the keys and thousands of them were trying to get in but luckily I had this.
I went home and called my dad and a demon killed him.
Josh, I think they killed my mom and now I can't find anywhere to go.
The eyes in the woods weren't there.
Josh, you are the only one I have left." she said.
She sobbed into his chest.
"Hey, it's ok, im not possessed ok.
I'm here" said josh.
She looked at him crying.
"When I went into the woods I saw two red eyes in the trees and last night someone was watching me.
They were trying to protect me" said katrice.
Suddenly his brother came in with blood on him.
"Where are you, where are you," said a female.
"Josh he's possessed.
Stay behind me" said katrice holding out the pendulum as the spirit growled in pain.
"Come on," said katrice.
They ran through the house.
It felt like a mase, they needed to get out but how.
