"I know you do, but I need to know or I can't help you... I really don't wanna lose the one I love the most" Sapnap said still cring.

Dream looked at the boy who  a death grip on him and crying while leaning on his shoulder.

"I..." Dream started as he was kissed again.

"Don't appolzie, that fucking commenter should fucking appolzie not you" Sapnap said with slight venom.

Dream just cuddled closer to the protective boy that's tighting his grip every five seconds.

"I love you too Sappy" Dream said looking at the raven haired.

Dream passed out in Sapnaps embrace  scaring Sapnap.

- Sappy -

"Shit no no no don't play this game with me baby" Sapnap said checking  for pluse, crying more.

"Thank god" Sapnap thought.

Sapnap grabed his phone and keys.

"But your still going to the hospital" Sapnap said.

Sapnap picked up Dream with one arm, he locked the door, running to his car (first story apparment).

Sapnap put Dream laying down in back seat, getting on call with bad.

"Sapnap what's wrong" Bad said.

"Dream tried to commit... toxic pepole commenting got to him, right now we're going to the hospital" Sapnap said panicking.

"Okay, umm do you want me to spread this around or get someone to come to you?" Bad said panicking to.

"Spread it around the help group, and Mar is the second closest so tell her to met me at the emergency care on ****** lane" Sapnap said.

"Alright, umm I'll get on that, imma let you go" Bad said hanning up.

We arrived  at the emergency care Mar already was there with the pepole that had a stracher.

I pick him up putting him on the stracher watching him get rushed in as I close and lock the door.

Mar came up and hugged me "Bad and skeppy are comeing to, it will be alright Sap" Mar said in a reinsuring way.

"It's just how he passed out was how pepolw die in movies all the time" Sapnap said hugging Mar back.

"Oh he said I love you and then passed out? That's unfortunate...anyways it will be okay I promise Sap" Mar said.

The two went inside  the hospital sitting in the waiting area.

- two hours later -

"Oh my goodness how's Dream" Bad said as Mar is trying to calm Sapnap down.

"No updates yet, just how Dream passed out is how so many die in movies so it really scared Sap" Mar said softly.

"Sap it's okay were here, I'm sure he'll be fine, now explained what happend" Skeepy said.

- after explaining (this and last chapter) -

"Hol-" Skeppy  started.

"Skep Lamuage" Bad scolded.

Sapnap fell asleep on Mars lap "I'm worried for Sap, he only ever loved Dream, and he had to see and go through that" Mar said with a voice that was clearly drived by sorrow.

"Yeah I know Mar, it doesn't help how he passed our either" Skeepy said softly playing with Saps hair.

The doctor came out.

"Who's here for Dream ******" the doctor said.

"Us" bad said.

"Dream with be fine, he just lost to much blood, but we wanna keep him for a few days to make sure" The doctor said.

"That's fine, I guess is he awake?" Skeppy questioned.

"He's awake, looking around his room looking for something or someone mumbling something" The doctor.

"Sap wake up, Dreams awake" Mar whispered in Sapnaps ear.
