Sorry I barely have any motivation to write :[ so have this

I don't really like Eren that much but I felt like writing a small piece. It's not really romantic at all tho, kinda platonic? Or the beginning of something?

~ 2nd POV ~

You have to admit, you have a strange obsession.

It's not just a common one like collecting rocks or anything, it's about collecting animal skulls. Not big ones like cows and pigs though, just like ones from birds and other small animals.

You were obsessed ever since you were younger. Your parents told you to quit collecting them, since it's kind of gross to most people, but you continued collecting them. You collected even more when your parents told you that to annoy them.

As you got older, you decided to join the military. But even though you got older, your obsession never went away. You even have a notebook where you write things about the skulls, such as animal species.

Although you can't spend as much time on your hobby as before, you still found a few rare ones.

Right now, you're currently sitting on your bed in HQ. You've been a member of the scouts for a few months, even better, you're part of Levi's squad. Apparently you're a very extraordinary, you're strong and very skilled at titan killing.

As you're writing something down in your notebook, you hear Captain Levi calling everyone to gather in the messhall.

You're walking with Petra towards the messhall, talking about random stuff. (I'm not writing a mean Petra. Never.) She asked you how your process with your hobby is, and you tell her about it in a very happy tone. Petra always listens to you whenever you need, she's very close to you, like a sister.

When you reach the messhall, you see Levi with a kid next to him. You assume that's Eren..? The titan boy? Ah, now you remember. Commander Erwin wanted him to join the scouts, and it's pretty obvious that he'll join your squad.

You all greeted him and told him your names. seems like he's a nice guy in your opinion, but even though he's nice right now, you'll never know when he's going to turn into a titan and eat you all.

After having dinner with your squad, you went outside on your own, hoping to grow your collection.

Too busy with digging and looking through grass, you didn't hear footsteps nearing you from behind.

"Hey, y/n." The person said.

"Oh! Oh, Eren. You scared me. Don't sneak up on me! You said giggling. "Sorry y/n, but what are you doing?" He asked.

"Oh, I'm.." you weren't sure if you should continue. Would saying it make him think you're weird? Wait, since when do you care about that?

"I'm.. collecting animal skulls."

Eren looked at you kind of confused, but then nodded. "Mind if I join?" He asked, a light blush forming on his face.

"Sure."
