You get dressed and head to the front.

"You ready Ashley" you say grabbing your purse. "Yeah come on" she says as y'all get in the car. Y'all arrive to the place, "hey Derek" Ashley says giving him a hug. "What's up Ash" he says. "And who's this" he says looking you up and down.
"Victoria" you say giving him a hug. "Beautiful name for a beautiful person" he says. "Shall we" he says leading y'all inside. "Wheres Melinda" Ashley says sitting at the table. "Oh she's on her way" Derek says.
"Who's Melinda" you whispered to Ashley. "She's my friend" Derek says. "So it's just us four?" you ask. "No there's two more after her" he says. A few minutes later Melinda walks in. "Hey sorry I'm late" she said sitting down.
"Excuse me I'm going to the ladies room" you say walking out. Once you finish in the restroom you come out and see Ashton and some girl in the elevator.

"Umm hey" you say to them. "Victoria??" Ashton says stopping. "Yeah what are you doing here" you ask. "I'm here at a dinner" he says. "Derek's dinner?" you ask. "Yea" he says. "Same" you respond. "Who's this" You ask. "Victoria this is my girlfriend" he says.
"Girlfriend huh" you say. "Yeah hi I'm faith" she says smiling. "Hi" you say.
Y'all walk to the dinner and sit down. "Ashton bro you made it" Derek says. "Yep" Ashton says. As y'all are eating you look over and see Ashton and Faith talking. "So Faith how long have you and Ashton been together" you ask. "For about 2 weeks" she says.
"So y'all were together two days ago" you ask. "Yeah" she says confused. "Victoria!!" Ashton says widening his eyes. "What I was just asking" you say smiling.
"So Victoria are you seeing anyone" Derek asked looking at you."Nope" you say giving Ashton the side eye. "Oh so that means you're available" he says smiling. "Yep" you respond. "Interesting to know" he says.
After dinner you head to your car and see Ashton following you. "What Ashton?" you say. "Where are you going" he asked. "Home" you say. "You know what I mean, you're not staying a little longer" he asks. "No I have no reason to"you say.
"Look I'm sorry if I made you feel some type of way" he says. "Whatever do you mean by that" you say "I mean with faith" he says. "What about her" you say crossing your arms. "That she's my girlfriend" he says. "And why would I be mad about that" you ask. "Because I left your house without telling you two days ago and now I have a girlfriend" he says.
"Yea why would you do that" you ask. "Because I didn't want to get close to you because everyone I get close to ends up getting hurt" he says. "But you're with faith"you state. "I don't like her like that" he says. "So you're just using her, good to know" you say getting in your car and driving off.
