MAIN CHARACTER NAME IS Satoko Todoroki, age 18 twin to shoto Todoroki, HER QUIRKS ARE ICE THAT CAN BECOME SO COLD IT FEELS LIKE DRY ICE THAT CAN SPREAD UP TO 90 METERS, AND A BRAIN WASHING QUIRK, HER EYES GO FROM SKY BLUE TO DARK GREY, SINGING AND LOOKING INTO ONES EYES DIRRECTLY THEY START TO FALL INTO A TRANCE, IF SHE CAN HOLD THAT FOR MORE THAN 30 SECONDS WHILE SINGING SHE CAN MAKE COMMANDS FOR UP TO 1 HOUR, IF SHE MANAGES TO MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE WHILE SINGING SHE CAN MAKE ONE COMMAND TO THEM THAT WILL LAST FOR 30 MINUTES, (weaknesses of her quirks, her ice can hurt her and she can get frost bit if over used and can't be used for weapons such as making swords out of her ice. Most she can do is form ice around her own hand but not for long periods of time, her brain washing can cause her to pass out and her voice can be completely lost for days if over using, both are not hard to over use.)🟣
