I walked into the school the next day still wondering about Lucy. After she said dont worry about the text. I couldn't help but that being the only thing on my mind. I stood there in 4th period. AP english. A girl named Alexis started babbling about some college guy she met at this bar her brother took her to.

"Will you please shut up!? I cant hear myself think or the teacher talking!' She stared at me blankly shrugged than went back to her friend. She whispered about my outburst. I could care les at the moment. I had to figure out who my sisters secret friend was.

"Class I have a suprise for you all." Mrs.Alrin said. Everyone turned in there seats and faced the front of the classroom. Others straightened up in curiousty while some lsouched in boredness. I just sat there and stood at her blankly. A kid came in with sunglasses hiding his eyes and a hood hiding his face. I sat there an dcrossed my arms against my chest and leaned back against my chair.

He removed his glasses revealing beatiful bright green eyes. I recongizied those eyes but I couldn't place them in any specific place Before Mrs.Alrin could continue I rose my hand.

"Yes dear?"

"Um? Can Alexis move seats to the empty seats.No offense to intended, but you never shut up and its hard to concentrate." The new kid and the class laughed. I blushed. Alexis looked at me in anger but it faded when she realized what I said was true.

"Uh huh! Sure I'll move" Alexis said. But then the real reason her anger faded was because her college boy crush's brother was going to be her english partner in asignments. I sighed such a whore. Now the new kid would have to sit here. Maybe I didnt think this moving thing through.

"Alright then!" Mrs.Alrin clapped her hands and looked at me then glanced back the now empty seat next to me. She gave me a supicious glance. Hmph! The new kid took off his hood. All the girls sighed in a lovey dovey way. I chuckled at their atttempt to be suttle. "You'll be sitting next to Emilana-well Emi." His head jerked up in response to my name. He looked me in the eyes.

You gotta be kidding me!  I thought, this cant be happening!

He sat down and shooke my hand like we were just meeting. He knew for sure that we had known eachother since the 6th garde. Argh! I swore I was going to choke myself to death. My old flame. My old love. My ex.

Alex Ackerman.

His piercing bright green eyes stared into mine. His dark brown hair had that skater cute and was pushed in front of his eyes. But you could still seem them clearly. I smiled back.

"Hey Alex"

"Hey Emi"

"'Sup?"

"Nothin' much. Transferring schools."
