Chapter 2: Big Time Comfort
Ding Dong! Ding Dong!
I heard the doorbell ring for few times more. But I don't want to get up yet, I don't even know what Time is it. I lost track of time crying over him
I had no choice but to answer the door. I mean I always have a choice but what if this is important? Ofcourse I have to check it out!
I opened the door to reveal James and Katie
"Hey! Camille, may we come in?" Katie greeted
"I'm kinda busy right now" I said
"Busy? Busy what? Crying over Logan?" Katie asked
"No! I'm not crying over him!" I tried
"Really? Then why is your eyes so red and puffy?" Katie is still trying to push it
"Maybe I have sore eyes" I lied
"No you don't! I just saw you earlier" James said
They both stared at me with daggers and I just sighed
"Come in" I said in defeat
I lead them to my living room, showed them where to sit and where not to
"So Camille... Talk to me, what's with you and Logan?" Katie asked
"It's nothing, we don't have anything... Not anymore" I said looking in a far distance
"I'm sorry Camille, if only I didn't volunteer for that role you could still have-" James stated I could see his guilty eyes
"It's okay, everything happens for a reason, maybe our break up was for our own sake" I tried to think positive
"Wanna get him back?" Katie asked with an evil grin
"No" I said, their jaws dropped " I'll be happy for him, we're at least friends"
"But..." Katie protested
"Let's just let him" I said staring at James
James pulled me into a hug. I tried my best but I couldn't stop myself from crying
"I love him, James" I yelled while burying my face into his chest
"I know" he whispered to my ear
