The king decided to visit a town close to the castle, thus the trip was an hour. Arriving made you smile and feel cherry. Townspeople had booths of clothes, wooden dolls, and more. The ally was decorated with streamers of orange and red, representing the kingdom. Children drew pictures on the concrete with red chalk as parents gathered to speak about their actions in the past week.

"You seem memorized." Bakugou said, taking one last pet at the horse.

"It's beautiful. My town rarely did event's like this."

"Let's go." Bakugou took a step in front of you, indicating for you to follow.

Your eyes raced between each booth, they were filled with wonderful gifts and collectables. A booth was filled with charming flowers, which caught your eyes. You walked towards it and placed your finger on the soft petals.

"Would you like one?" You looked up at the voice and saw Bakugou staring at the flowers as well, "They are quite lovely."

"It's alright, thank you." You walked away and your eyes wandered someplace else.

"I got you one." Bakugou walked up with a rose colored a dark red. He placed into your hand and you slightly smiled.

"Thank you."

You both continued to walk around. Citizens bowed and praised Bakugou then offered him glorious goods, which he declined. Bakugou bought carriages worthy of clothes for you. You stopped at a portrait painted of Bakugou.

"Woah. This is amazing." You awed at the painting.

"I know right."

"They even somehow made you look handsome."

"Hey! What the hell did you say?"

I chuckled, still looking at the paintings. Further behind you saw a women with blonde hair and a beautiful smile. You touched the painting, curious who it was.

"She's beautiful." You said still running your fingers through the canvas.

"I agree."  Bakugou touched the painting along with your touch.

"Her blonde hair looks like yours." You looked up to him, "Are you related?"

Bakugou gave no answer and walked away.

The sunlight soon fell from the sky and was painted with a bright yellow and orange.

"Shall we leave sir?" You asked, glancing at the sky predicting the time.

"Yes, it must be nightfall soon."

"Thank you for today."

"I'm just helping a employee. No need for a thanks."

"Well...please accept this as a thank you."  You retrieved a plastic medal from your pocket,  and handed it towards Bakugou.

His hands traced over the words engraved on the medal, "King".

"I know it may just say king, but I wanted to repay you for all the gifts."

Bakugou grabbed your hand, motioning for you to pin the medal on his suit. "King is fine."

You found a empty spot and placed the medal. You looked up, catching Bakugou's eyes staring into yours.

"It's quite hard to dislike you when you're so kind." You commented, not breaking eye contact.

"That being so, why don't you stop hating me?" Bakugou smirked, grabbing your lose hand to pull you closer.

"Only a fool would underestimate my hatred." You freed out of his grasped, "We must leave, we wouldn't want the king to ride in the dark."

You arrived at the castle before the brisk of night. Guards helped with the bags latched onto the horse's saddle and momentarily spoke with Bakugou.

"May I check on the garden?" You asked, setting down a bag.

"As you wish. Take a guar-"

You left as soon as Bakugou granted permission, not catching the last portion. The courtyard was dark and only illuminated with a couple of lights. You rushed towards the garden, checking on all the herbs that might've missed their daily care. While your hand felt the soil, the garden door creaked.

"Hello?" You shouted and stood up.

You cautiously looked around the whole garden. Near towards the front, stood two knights.

"You're quite the pretty face, too bad you got a ugly temper." One knight spoke.

"Please leave."

"See. I think you might need to be taught a lesson."
