N pov.
Sally swam back to Sonic's room to find him asleep in his sea bed. It's unusual for sirens to care for their younger siblings since they're considered the weak ones of the litter. But Sally cared for both tails and sonic and the thought of her brother having pups of his own made her kinda excited. She couldn't believe her sister wanted her to do something like that. She had to get rid of him tonight before her sister wakes. She gently woke him up and he stretched. "Sonic, you can't stay here anymore" Sally said.
"Why?" Sonic asked.
"Amy wants me to kill you so you don't have any of your pups" Sally said. Sonic's eyes teared up as he looked down. Sally gently put a hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry, I have a place for you to go" she said and swam to her room and got a key from under her bed and brought it back to him. "Here, this is the key to the cottage I have in the woods. Take it, don't ever return to the water and keep your pups away" Sally said as she gave him the key. Sonic hugged tails and Sally one last time before leaving the place he once called home.
