Turning off my phone I got up from my bed and made my way to the kitchen where Demetri was located. "Demigod what's up," I said grabbing an apple from the table.
"Demigod?" He looked up from his phone.
"Yeah.Moons inviting us to the beach later, you down?" I asked and took a bite from my Apple. "I'm not quite sure, I don't feel like going out today" Demetri responded looking back down at his phone.
"It'll be good for you, you'll be less.." I eyed him up and down "less pale," I said. "For the record, I am not pale. Have you seen that guy from Twilight? Edwin? Evan? I don't remember but THATS pale" Demetri defended himself.
"So is that a yes?" I asked, "where did you get a yes from that?" Demetri rose his brow "Demetri just——"
"—-Just hit the ball already," I said getting in a receiving Position. Demetri hit the red volleyball poorly which hit the net. Eli and j looked at each other with a look 'is he serious?'
"Um...Mulligan, send it back" Demetri rested his hands on his hips "there's no Mulligans in Volleyball," Eli told Demetri. Demetri scoffed "says you. Water break"
Demetri grabbed a Black Cobra Kai towel and began drying his face? "Cobra Kai? You guys won that karate tournament, right?" A girl asked as she was passing by. "Um...the All Valley? The rumble in Reseda? Yeah! We certainly did" Demetri leaned against the Volleyball Net post.
"Cool. We're gonna go for a swim but maybe play with you later?" The girl smiled.
"Yeah! Most def! T-that means most definitely." I cringed as Demetri explained what 'Most Def' meant.
"Look at you player" Moon laughed walking up to get a drink. "It'd be nice if you earned the Cobra Kai cred you're so happy to take. When are you actually gonna sign-up?" Eli walked up closer to Demetri, I also did the same.
"I don't know. I'm kinda enjoying the gain without the pain" Demetri smiled "I'll make you feel the pain" I rolled my eyes and picked up my water bottle, taking a drink from it.
"Hawk, Y/n" Miguel said as he arrived. "Hey, there's the man" Eli and him did their little handshake. "What's up, man" I gave Miguel a side hug though he didn't even try hugging back "oh no" I looked over at Eli. "No. No more of this. Look. It's a beautiful day out. The beach is packed with tons of babes, no more sulking about Sam!" Eli complained before trying to avert Miguel's attention.
