LUKA'S PERSPECTIVE:

I call Mari this time hoping for an answer, and she still isn't picking up my calls. At this point I'm worried.

I grab my keys and drive to her house. I hope everything is okay. For the past couple of weeks, she hasn't really been calling me. She hasn't really been putting any effort into our relationship anymore like she used to. I trust her, but I don't know if she trusts me.

Is she getting sick of me? I think. No, no. That can't be it. She said it herself, She loves me. But did she mean it?

My head throbs with all these thoughts. I just want us to be us again.

I knock on her door and Sabine opens it.

"Hello, Luka. Come in." Sabine greets. She walks me to the sofa and hands me a cup of tea. My leg bounces up and down, anxiously.

"Is anything the matter? You seem troubled."

"It's Marinette. She hasn't been answering my calls. I wanted to make sure she was okay." I blab.

"Marinette? She is up in her room. She hasn't come down all day. She didn't even help in the bakery. She must have been busy, but go right ahead. I'm sure she would love your company.

"Thank you."

I walk up the stairs, acting as calm as I can so I don't worry Sabine.

I knock on the door and no one answers.

She must be in the bathroom. I think.

I open the door to an empty room. I knock on the washroom door.

"Marinette?" I call. No reply.

I check her bed to see if she's up there. No one, she's not there.

I walk around in circles until I spot an open book. It is pink and the page is filled. I see a few blurred words: "His dreamy eyes."

She's talking about me!

I rush to see what she wrote about me. Maybe it's best if I don't read it, I mean it is her diary. She would be furious if she found out I read it, but I need to know what has been going through her mind lately. I need to know if she's alright.

I carefully read the pages... It's not about me.

Anger rushes through my veins and I clench my hands into fists. I hear my bones crinkle. I blink back a tear in my eye.

I grip up the pink diary, hard and throw it across the room.

"Is everything alright up there?" Sabine's voice is worried.

I don't bother answering. I march down the stairs and head straight out the door.

"Luka?" Tom calls after me.

I jump into my car and race off.

I know exactly where I need to go because Marinette wrote every detail in her diary. The one thing I am thankful for after reading her diary.

MARINETTE'S PERSPECTIVE:

I lay my head on Adrien's chest and we gaze at the stars some more.

"That one." Adrien flings his hand up to point at a star.

"What about it?" I giggle.

"I'm going to name that one Marinette" He nods confidently.

"Adrien." I sigh and shake my head. "That's Mars."
