Shes changed. You can see it in her eyes.
Feel it in her touch. Hear it in her tone.
She's not the same.


"Thanks again for showing me ma. I'd be somewhere lost if I ain't run into you." Major says as we walked into the classroom. I waved her off with a slight shrug of my shoulders.

"It's no problem." I simply replied. She smiled at me and I sent a small smirk then walked away, to my seat.

I plopped down in chair with a sigh and watched as our teacher stood from her desk. She glanced around the classroom until her eyes landed on me. I took a deep breath.

Lord please don't let this lady say no dumb shit.

"Rem, pass these papers out please." she spoke, sitting a stack of papers on her desk before she turned her back and focused her attention on the board.

I rolled my eyes and stood up with a sigh, making my way to her desk. I grabbed the papers and sluggishly made my way to each student, handing them a paper being sure to avoid eye contact with each of them. I really didn't feel like dealing with that look everyone's been giving me.. it's like they pity me and I hate it.

Once everyone recieved a paper I took my seat again and began on my assignment. I groaned softly as I started to feel the urge to pee. I quickly raised my hand and my teacher looked up from her desk.

"Yes, Rem?" she asked.

"Can I go to the restroom?"

"Yeah, take the pass."

I nodded and stood from my seat, grabbing the pass and quickly exiting the room. I head to the bathroom and run into a stall, taking care of my business. Then I fix myself and walk out. I stared at myself in the mirror for a brief second and looked down at the sink, beginning to wash my hands.

I left the bathroom after drying my hands and began to walk down the hallway.

I felt someone tap me on my shoulder causing me to
stop and turn around. A scowl immediately made its way onto my face as I locked eyes with her.

"Rem, can we talk?" she pleaded with a look of sadness in her eyes. I rolled mine and looked away from her.

"Ain't shit to talk about." I simply responded.

"Please? I just want to explain."

I sucked in a breath and looked up at her with an annoyed expression,
