TW: homophobia and mentions if violence, it's like through the whole chapter

                                 Dream POV
Who are those guys? And why are they walking towards me? I see them coming closer and closer towards me.

-Hey! One of them shout

-Uhm, hey? I answer

-You're the new kid, right? The same guy says, now being just about a meter away from me. (A/N: idk feet or whatever, sorry americans or whoever uses idek im confused about everything rn)

-Yeah?

-We saw you talking to Ava earlier, you know she's fucking gay right? Another one of them says.

-Okay?

-Do you really wanna be friends with someone like that?

-First of all, we're not friends...

-Still, do you really want to sit besides one of those? He says, not letting me finish my sentence.

Okay, these guys are pathetic.

-You didn't let me finish my sentence, asshole. I say, and stand up now seeing that there's only three of them, I thought they were way more.

-Don't insult me. He says, clearly trying to look taller and more muscular than me.

-Whatever. But as I was going to say, there's nothing wrong with being gay. It's not like it's a choice anyways.

-It is a choice. He says.

-Alright, when did  you choose to be straight?

-What? I never chose to be straight what are you talking about?

He really is pathetic.

-You said it was a choice, so when did you choose to be straight?

-Whatever.

-Y'all are pathetic, you know that right? What's wrong with being gay?

-It's weird and unnatural.

-Homosexuality is in other species too, however, homophobia only exists in one, that's us, humans.

-Shut up. He mutters, and it seems like he's trying to seek help from his friends.

-Aww, you realized I'm right so now you don't know what to say didn't you?

-No, you're wrong.

-Okay, can you guys leave now? I really just came here to relax.

-No, we won't leave.

-Uhm, okay? Why did you guys come here anyways? It can't be just to show how pathetic you are, because that's even more pathetic.

-We were bored and happened to see you here.

-Alright so what are you? Stalkers? Why do you even care about me sitting next to Ava?

-We just wanted to see if you're gay.

-Wait in what part of this conversation, if you can even call it that. Did you find out my sexuality?

-So you admit it? You're gay?

-No, I'm not. Why do you even care?

-Because we do, alright? He says, and it seems like he's trying to look intimidating or scary or something.

-You're not scaring me, if that's what you thought you were.

-Alright, fight us then.

-What?

-Fight us then, if you're not scared.

-I just said I'm not scared of you. But you guys are three, and I'm one. Are you really that weak that you can't beat up one guy alone? I say, just now realizing that I've been talking to one guy only, and the others have just been standing there like idiots.

-Okay, fight me then.

-Why do you want to fight me so bad? Did you get offended when you realized you're stupid?

-No. He says, obviously not meaning it.

What a bunch of losers.

-I'm not dealing with this. I say and start to walk away. That sucks, I really wanted to stay at this playground for a while longer.

-Oh so you are scared of us?

-No, I'm not. I just have better things to do than stand here and talk with incompetent assholes.

-Like what?

-Like cooking dinner. I say, it's not fully the truth, since I was planning on cooking dinner later.

-Aw, can't your parents take care of you?

-Excuse me?

-I said, can't your parents take care of you?

-I heard you. Not like it's any of your business, but that's not the case.

-What is it then?

-They're just not home.

-Did they leave you when they realized you're a failure of a son?

-No, they just had to leave for a while. It's not your business so why the fuck do you care?

-Why you getting so aggressive?

What.

-I just asked you why you care?

-We just wondered.

-Okay but I'm not spending my evening talking with a bunch of homophobes. I say and continue to walk away.

-See you at school tomorrow! One of them scream after me

-I don't care and I don't look forward to it.

-Whatever.

-You are obviously the ones that care

I walk back to the house and look at my phone the way there.

-I'm back! I say loudly as I close the door when I'm home.

-Okay! I hear Drista saying from the kitchen.

-What are you doing? I question, hanging up my jacket.

-Uhm, nothing. She replied, very... suspiciously?

-Drista? I mumbled and turned around.
