Angelina's POV

"What is it that will break this man?"

"Your guess is as good as mine Angie. All I know is that you have him where you want him and we need to push him to do the incredible." Gwen tells.

"We could get him drunk," Drew says.
"What good will that do?" I ask.

"Drunk words tell sober thoughts. We could get some things out of him about you that you could do." Gwen tells.
"That is if you can take him out on his day-offs. He usually stays to himself if I don't ask him to do something for me." I tell.

"Well, we're going to make sure that he's not too drunk. Just enough to get him talking." Drew tells.
"Just make sure he's able to work." I sigh.

"Don't worry dollface, he'll be ready and willing for you," Gwen tells.

"I just wish it was now," I tell, walking over to the window.

I peer out into the backyard and see Y/N playing with Knox and Vivienne. Zahara and Pax weren't that far behind and playing with them every so often while Shiloh and Maddox were on their phones. I smile at them and loved that they were getting along with Y/N.

"What's with that smile girlie?" Gwen asks.

I turn the camera on my phone and show them. They awe at that and say that he definitely needed to stay with me.

"If that's his choice, then I won't stop him," I tell, flipping the camera back.

"You know he's going to stay. Those children will make him stay." Drew tells.
"Even though Shiloh won't say it, she likes having him around. The boys like having another man in the house that will actually listen to them. They love their father, but he's never around for them." I tell.

"We know. He's on the set or in someone else's pants before seeing his kids." Gwen tells.

"Enough Brad Bashing. This week, I gave Y/N Thursday, Friday, and Saturday off. Brad has the kids Sunday and I have a shoot then, so he'll be going with Brad to keep the kids occupied." I tell.
"Seriously?" they ask.
"Brad wanted him to come with them. As to why your guess is as good as mine." I tell.

I hear a little pinging at my window and go over towards it. I see Y/N had little pebbles in his hand throwing them at the window. He waved at me and gestured to the kids. I look at them and see them waving and pointing towards the pool. I smile and open the window to lean out.
"Have you finished all of your work?!?" I call.

"YES!!"
"Then grab your suits and enjoy yourselves!! Y/N, keep an eye out for them!!" I tell.

"You got it!! Let's go kids." Y/N tells.
"Awesome!!! Come on Shiloh!!" Zahara yells, grabbing Shiloh's hand.

I shake my head at them and close the window. I wave to Y/N before I walk away to talk to the girls again.
"Alright, do what you need to do on Friday. Steal him then and make sure you don't do anything he's not comfortable with." I tell.
"Don't worry doll face, we won't ruin your man," Gwen tells.
"Just make sure he's in one piece when you bring him back," I tell, rolling my eyes.

"Okay girlie. See you baby!!" Gwen tells.
"Bye Angie!!" Drew says.

I hang up with them go to get ready for my movie debut.

My POV

The kids were excited to use the pool and I kind of hoped that Angelina would join us, but I knew that she had work. I was remembering the bikinis she had for her shoots and couldn't stop thinking about that.

"Hey." a voice says.

I get splashed with water and look over to see that Shiloh had sat next to me.
"I thought that you were going to swim with your siblings," I say.
"Nah. I swim with them all the time. I wanted to talk to you about your crush on our mom." Shiloh tells.
I was kind of shocked at that, but she's a very smart girl for her age, so I wasn't surprised that she found out about my crush.
"I thought that I was being subtle," I tell, rubbing the back of my neck.
"Not really. With the way you both look at each other, I'm surprised you both haven't had sex yet," she tells.
"And what do you know about sex?" I ask.
"I might be young, but I've had the sex talk before. That and they literally teach it in school. If they didn't want people my age to know about it, they should take it out of school." she tells.

"But that's a part of life where you learn about safe sex. Didn't really work for a couple of my friends. That's why they're paying child support now." I tell.
"Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that I approve of you trying to be with my mom," she tells.
"Really? I thought that you would think of me as a wedge between them." I tell.

"My dad, as much as I love him, isn't faithful to our mom. When she found out that he was cheating, she was devastated. She cried for an entire week until Aunt Gwen smacked some sense into her.  Literally. She had a red handprint she covered with makeup for two weeks." Shiloh tells.
"Why didn't she leave?" I ask.

"If she did, we would be separated. Some of us would have to live with our dad somewhere and she didn't want us to be apart. I don't blame her for how she's not happy. Dad's never home and when he is, he's always on his phone. He never wants to go on outings with us and even if he does, someone calls him and says he needs to go. He'll never spend time with us or have any time with us. It's almost like we don't exist to him." Shiloh tells.

I wrap my arm around her and pull her into me. I knew she wasn't a crier in front of her family, so I didn't push her to cry about the situation.
"Your dad is an asshole for not seeing how amazing you guys are. I'd love to spend time with you all." I tell.

She laughs sadly and leans her head on my shoulder.
"I'll always be here when you need me," I tell.

"Thanks, Y/N," Shiloh tells.

"No problem. I'll always be here." I tell.

My phone beeps and I grab it. I look and see that it was Gwen.

'Get ready for a day of fun on Friday!! Drew and I are stealing you for the weekend!!'

"Looks like your Aunt Gwen is up to something," I tell.

"She's always up to something. Just don't let her take advantage of you." Shiloh tells.

"Shiloh!!" Zahara calls.
We look and see they set up the volleyball net.
"Knox is being an idiot and we need a ref," Zahara tells.

"He's always being an idiot. I'm coming." Shiloh tells.

She jumps back in and wades over towards them, before backtracking towards me. She jumps and wraps her arms around my neck, hugging me. I laugh and hug her back.

"Thanks, Y/N. For listening," she says.
"Anytime kiddo," I say.

We let go and she goes back to the game with her siblings. I smile at that and lay back with my feet in the water.

'I think that this will be alright.' I think.

Before I know it, I'm pulled into the water. I come up for air and wipe my face off as I hear laughing from the kids.
"Oh you think that's funny? Get over here!!" I yell.

They squeal and scatter slowly through the water and I swim after them.
