A bag of coins got thrown into the receptionist's desk, a couple spilling out due to it not being tied properly. The receptionist studies them to see if their real and if there is enough. He seems satisfied.
Receptionist: "When the $1,200 entry fee is paid, there will be no refunds due to personal reasons." The receptionist warns.
Receptionist: "The start of the race begins in two days, wether rain or shine. It will happen regardless of accidents. Please sign here to say that you acknowledge these conditions."
The receptionist points at a piece of paper with a dotted line on it.Receptionist: "We'll record the racer's fingerprints and their horse's noseprints on the starting day. Switching horses is strictly forbidden, once recorded"
The receptionist passes the man he is talking to a piece of paper, with 'B-636' on it and a special looking badge, with the Steel Ball Run's crest: A horse above a circle that has the country of America in it, surrounded by a horseshoe.Receptionist: "This is your player identification card, Number B-636. Also included is the Race Commemoration Badge."
The man was passed the piece of paper with the dotted line on it and he began to sign his name:
Strangely enough, he had his balls on show. By That, I mean he had two strange metal balls hanging from his waist, in an easily accessible holster.
