Personality: he is fairly emotionless depending on what he's doing as he doesn't really react to most things but if someone he cares about is hurt then he gets extremely mad and he's easily flustered

Abilities: main ability if only one is allowed- weapons master blessings, he has the ability to teleport any direction 10 meters or 30 feet at most and he can teleport about 10 times before actually harming himself, then he can change a weapon to a different weapon at will but they have to have the same type ofweapon like a sword can turn to a knife or really any weapon with a blade as the main thing here's a example

Elemental emotions: while he seems to not have emotions he still feels some like anger, hate, slight happiness which is rare, love, saddens, and guilt towards those who get hurt the ones he cares about each two have a specific elements like hate and anger are fire/lightning he becomes stronger and faster like madara level, sadness and guilt is water and acid, then happiness and love is earth and life like trees and plants and such

Also he has the ability to well assert his authority over wildlife with a aura that fallows him every test he's done he really just glares and they back down

And finally he has 3 main drawbacks
1- he has to be summoned by someone using there ability other wise he's trapped in a void
2- next he is essentially a servant from fate as he really has his own free will but he has to do what his well master says
3- he also has panic attacks often
4- he has nightmares at all times when sleeping
