"Chin-Hwa? Where are you, and why did you leave the teapot on" his boss said looking for him as he sat at his desk looking at the teacup that was still half empty. Gulping knowing, he had messed up not cleaning that little mess. " Wonyoung I'm in here working on this book," I said while looking over at the door to see her walk up to it giving me the nastiest glare. 

"Look, Chin-Hwa could you not piss me off today? I have a meeting with an old strong lady, and I have to do paperwork that should be yours but no! You don't want to do it and just leaves it on my desk". 

Just looking away to just stop listening to her must have made her even madder because she started tugging on my hair from behind, but I started laughing. But that wasn't the smart choice either because she started shaking me and yelling profanity. For an alpha, she sure gets mad fast.

While I was in my thoughts I didn't realize Wonyoung asking me something and I agreed while not even paying attention.

 "Since I'm doing all your work you could at least come to this birthday/business party. As my omega?" Wonyoung said looking at my face knowing I wasn't on earth yet "Uh...yeah sure" I replied not even thinking until I hit the earth again.

"what do you mean to go with you as your omega!?" Wonyoung looked at me all confused like she didn't say anything wrong or, offered to go someplace overly crowded or somewhere in general.

 "I asked if you wanted to go but you don't have to go as my omega but as my secretary," she said still looking at me like she didn't just offer something stupid plus what does she even mean secretary as I already am her secretary? am I that lazy I'm not already counted as one. 

'she knows I'm going to say no right, but the look on her face screams try me' Swallowing hard I put my arms up and admit defeat. 

While I let myself sulk in defeat she gets up just to hit me in the back of my head and started walking away whistling a tune I could give two craps about. 

Looking back at the book I was writing I groaned knowing I didn't want to do it anymore, so I yelled "Once this party is over I am living with Shin and his girlfriend!" I heard a quick response that made me think she was part psychic "Ha! go ahead I don't care, you'll come back because you got a room and an office here in my apartment" 

getting up I go to the door slam it shut and stick my tongue out at the door. 'she is so aggravating when she's right' Looking back at my desk I go to sit down and text Shin to tell him I'm coming over after the party. I got a quick reply and he said sure but do not stay long I gave a quick reply and said alright.

when The disgusting night finally came and it was a lot quicker than I wanted it to come by. 

And all I wanted to do was sit at home and finish the cover design that was due and maybe the book...but no, Wonyoung dragged me out of my room just to force me to get dressed in such an annoying way. "ugh fine I get it ill get dressed but don't expect over an hour or two with human interactions" I said to Wonyoung as she looked at me and nods just to leaves like she wasn't doing anything remotely as to kidnapping or abuse of power. And only just for her to go and, leave me alone and flirt with some random woman or man there.

After getting dressed I mess with my silk dress shirt while I look in the mirror. Before I notice I was at the party with wine in my hand following Wonyoung everywhere and only saying hello to people that talk to Wonyoung.

 And let me tell you quite a lot of people recognized me, so I'm trying not to have people strike up any conversations with me. 

As I was sipping from my glass of wine and looking around my eyes caught the outside sign hanging and seeing people come and go outside thinking I should leave when I felt a sudden pain and heat travel through me. 

so I staggered a bit, but as it passed I just shook it off put my glass down walked over to a waiter, and asked for water. He gave me it, but the feeling came back and it wasn't going away 'What the hell is this feeling I'm not getting sick I hope. What's up with all these pheromones I'm sensing they weren't as bad as before!?' knowing I was barely able to sense them.  

Walking away a little I started looking for Wonyoung, but she was nowhere to be seen. While looking back and forth a man came up to me and started sniffing me like he was a dog, I backed away but almost tripped because of the weak feeling in my legs but caught my balance.

 "What is your problem Don't go sniffing like a mutt." The man looked at me while smiling, and then said "Can't you smell it you're going through heat. But I don't mind helping you with that" What does he mean by heat I know I'm an omega, but I never had a heat cycle and why is this shit so painful. God, I feel like I can't breathe-. 

"boy I hate to tell you with that look you have on your face but that sweet rose smell is coming from you and to me, you are very close to going through heat," he said while smirking at me and licking his lips. 'I'm so close to kicking this man in the balls just to run afterward'. But I stopped and took some time to take a whiff but like usual I couldn't smell anything, but when all the pheromones started to hit me like a truck on how strong they were.

So I looked at the man and barely whispered "Would you excuse me I need to go find my alpha" to started looking around feeling out of breath and very hot while the pain kept growing. So, I just walked away well-tried In any direction my eyes looked at but I kept falling over and stumbling everywhere trying to make it to what I assumed was the bathroom, so I could call Shin to pick me up. And maybe going in a public bathroom wasn't smart but I don't care I'm hurting, and it feels tingly down there. 

I slipped inside gripping onto the wash sink and gasping at the friction I made when I stumbled onto the sink. Everything was so sensitive and way too overwhelming. I shut my eyes hard as I try to breathe.

I didn't even flinch when an alpha walked in the bathroom. "what the fuck is happening I know I'm an omega, but I never had this before!" I whispered yelled harshly wincing again in pain holding my stomach and gasping lightly again from my touch.

"Hey, are you alright? Not like I should care, but I could smell your pheromones from out there." I snapped my head up so fast to look into a set of eyes. He was speaking so smoothly that I found myself backing away and hitting the wall with my back.

 "Relax I'm not gonna hurt you okay, but can you tell me right now why you came here when you look like an omega in heat and why is your scent exploding everywhere it's kind of gross... Wait?" the said male paused and started walking closer to me as I looked at him cautiously feeling a lot uneasy.

"Are you really going into heat or already are?!"
