Naruto and Sasuke : Roles Reversed

stage 2 of Chuunin Exams Part 3

-Naruto POV-

When I saw Sakura hugging me I asked her, "Why are you hugging me, Sakura?" Then she answered, "Because this isn't you, you were always happy and now you're just like Itachi, Sasuke's brother killing people for nothing. ( A/N: Yes, I know Sakura doesn't know Itachi yet, but I'm gonna say her mom told her the massacre the day after.) Then the flame like marks returned back to my neck, and the purple chakra disappeared. Then I saw Sasuke waking up. After I saw him wake up, I quickly grabbed their scroll, and we headed to the tower.

-Sasuke POV-

Kabuto saw Sakura and Naruto opening the scroll, so they could see what was iinside, but Kabuto quickly grabbed the scroll and told them what would happen if they opened the scroll. After that Kabuto helped us go to the tower and Naruto got scared by a giant caterpillar,so he killed it. Then we kept on walking and walking and passing a caterpillar, then we realized we were walking in circles and that somebody put us in genjutsu to trick us to walk in circles. Suddenly somebody put us in genjutsu, and somebody cut Kabuto with a kunai. We suddenly released the genjutsu and saw Kabuto's cut is still there. They attacked us, and they saw we were only Naruto clones, then they asked, "When did you make clone?" And I said, "When you were busy attacking other Naruto clones, Naruto made more and put them in henge and Kabuto, Sakura, and I hid behind a bush. They became tired,so we attacked them and Naruto punched them hard that their air mask came off.

-Sakura POV-

After the ambush we ran as fast as we could to the tower, so no one would attack us again. When we got there Sasuke-kun realized that we should open the scrolls and when we opened the scrolls Iruka-sensei came out and said we should go inside the arena. When we got there they told us to line up, and they told us if you want to quit you may raise your hand and leave. I said to Naruto," We should leave because of the mark the guy gave you." Then he said, "No,I don't want us to fail just because of me.

They said we will have preliminaries because too much people for the finals. They said the rules and how we will know which person we will fight and Naruto was the first one that will fight, and he will fight against Yuroi. Naruto did Lee's attack the lotus while his curse mark took half of his body. All the Jounin senseis were shocked because Naruto has the curse mark. Yuroi suddenly got knocked out.
