"nice song choice," mason winked as he made his way to the car and opened the passenger door. "canelle get in the back." he rolled his eyes as the teen huffed and puffed.
"bum ass nigga makin' me get in the back, IT'S CAUSE I'M BLACK HUH? RACIST ASS." she made herself comfortable in the middle seat, poking her head through the front two seats.
"nell you're so extra, you sat in the front on the way here."
"shut up, BITCH. Dr. Umar would be ASHAMED of your ass. letting a white man sit in the front seat, DISGRACEFUL," canelle rolled her eyes again and sat all the way back as sage drove off.
"who bought the car? exactly." mason kissed his teeth.
after the two had gotten back from their trip, mason had gifted sage a new benz, her dream car. he claimed it was because she had done so much for him, and the car was the least he could do. after taking the keys, sage took the car almost everywhere.
the three were on the way to pick up azelia from nursery. once a week sage and mason would take azelia somewhere educational, like a museum or the aquarium. this time canelle decided to tag along.
"i'm exposing you on insta mase, this is a hate crime."
"yeah okay." the older laughed and grabbed sage's phone to change the song. the intro to lil tjay's sex sounds played through the car speakers. "your playlist is a fucking mess," he mumbled as sage turned another corner.
mason's phone buzzed from the middle console, the name 'sasha' popped up on the screen. he grabbed his phone and read the message, cracking a small smile before clearing the notification and putting his phone back.
no one except canelle noticed his shady actions.
