Friday the 13th: The Scar

Chapter 3

Starr's POV

Lunchtime

I grabbed a piece of pizza from the Little Caesars box we had in the center of the table. We decided to hang out at Tammy's house since her parents aren't home and she already finished college. While we were all waiting for Scarlett to finish talking to her parents about a unknown sister she had.

Well, let's see here. Sitting right next to me on the love-seat was my hunky boyfriend, Brad. We were holding each others hands. I looked directly at his luscious light brown hair, and perfect blue eyes. We've been dating for a while now, and I think we should be with each other forever!

Okay, enough about Brad. In the three-seated couch diagonally of the love seat is Greg, a friend of Scarlett's and he has a crush on Tammy, then next to Greg is David, Scarlett's boyfriend and douchebag, and the final was empty for Scarlett who is in the kitchen.

On her own seat was Tonya, Scarlett's second best friend, for I'm her number one friend. Then Tammy was upstairs grabbing her pet cat, Tinkerbell, who is this cutest, fattest, sweetest thing ever! Finally, is Cassandra who was leaning against the wall, and is kind-of a slut, who has huge knockers, and has a thing for David.

"Yes, mom. I'll talk to you later. Tell dad I said 'Hi' when he gets back from work. Love you," I could hear Scarlett say over in the kitchen. I don't think anyone else heard, though.

Scarlett walked into the living room. "So, I do have a sister named Rosemary," she said,"Apparently, my name use to be Viola Penelope Clark, but my adoptive-parents changed it so I could be apart of their family. They weren't going to tell me I was adopted or that I have a sister until I was out of college," Scarlett sat right down next to David and he put his arm around her.

"What happened to your real parent then?" I asked. They all looked at me, besides Scarlett, like that was rude of me to ask.

"They said my biological parents, Wayne and Penelope, ran away with their best friends Owen and Sasha, and left my sister and I. They haven't found them yet," Scarlett said. David started to comfort her.

"Oh, Scarlett! What did the letter say?" Tammy said from behind Brad and I. I didn't even notice she came downstairs. She had Tinkerbell in her arms.

"It said that my sister is getting married by Crystal Lake, and she'd like me to come and invite my friends, for she'd like to meet me and the people i care about," Scarlett smiled,"My dad is out of town and my mother is visiting her brother on that weekend of the wedding so I don't know who to bring." We all laughed at Scarlett's sarcasm.

"Okay, so Crystal Lake is in the state of Illinois," Greg said. Scarlett looked at the invitation again.

"Woah! The wedding is this Saturday," Scarlett said.

"Let's leave tonight, so we could sleep through the plane ride," David suggested.

"That sounds brilliant. Gives us plenty of time to pack," Cassandra said, agreeing with David, and also sounding slightly sexual at that last comment.

"Let's all come back here an hour before the flight," Tammy said,"Hey, you don't think she'll mind me bringing Tinkerbell?" she asked.

"No. If she's allergic to cats we can just leave her at the place we are resting at," Scarlett said. She got up and grabbed her phone, jacket, and keys.

"Wait, where will we be resting at?" I asked. I hope it won't be some creepy cabin in the woods. Now that movie was weird.

"I didn't think about that..." Scarlett said.

"Done. I've got it taken care of," I looked at Brad who was scrolling through his phone,"I just rented a cabin suite. Apparently the owners that lived there left for no reason, so we get to rest there until we leave." I wrapped my arms around Brad and kissed him for being so smart.

"Well, it's settled. We know when we are leaving, and where we are staying. Let's go Scarlett. You can drive," Tonya said to Scarlett. Scarlett kissed David on the cheek goodbye and left.

"Hey, Greg, can you please throw away the empty pizza box?" Tammy asked as she walked upstairs.

"Okay, Tammy," he then waited for her to go upstairs,"I know we aren't dating, but I am totally gonna bang her!" Greg said to David and Brad. I rolled my eyes. He doesn't get that Tammy doesn't date druggies.

Brad and I stood up and I put my arms around him and he put his hands on my waist. "We can share a room, right?" he asked.

Okay, so we've been dating for a long time and everyone thinks that since we're both young and that I'm a blonde we've had sex. Nope. We are waiting just like good young adults. Unlike Cassandra, and I know David has been wanting him and Scarlett to go to the next level but she's declined. I don't think she's ready. Then Greg always wants sex, and Tammy waits till marriage or her family reputation will be bad. It's not weird that I know this.

"Yeah, totally. Just no funny business," I said to him. His smile was so sweet like candy.

"Of course," he kissed me,"Let's go."
