28-Rabbits

"PACKAGE!" Someone yelled as I was getting ready for the day.

I open my door if my room and head downstairs. Alex had set the package on the little table in front of the couch.

But then it hit me, I didn't remember buying something online or ever.

"From who?" I ask Alex and he shrugged his shoulder.

I start cutting the tape and open the top. My eyes couldn't comprehend what I was looking at. Alex seemed unease and got up from the chair, he looks in the box and then backs away as he covers his mouth.

A dead rabbit.

"Uh Alex, call someone to pick this up and figure out where this is sent to." He looked unease but I had to snap him out. "NOW!"

His eyes flicker to mine and nod quickly, and runs off.

I pick up the letter that was place Inside and read the note.

Remember Rabbits, go go Rabbit! Go go Rabbit!

"What?"

Rabbits?

Geez from where?

"Think, think, think!" I rub my forehead and then it hit me.

Rabbit was our school mascot, holy shit, I knew this person but who can it be?

"ALEX!" I heard running become louder as he enter the living room.

"Yes Dama."

"The year I graduate, I want to know what everyone is doing right now. Tell everyone to look into each person I graduate and see what seems off, report back to me immediately."

"Of course boss."

Whoever this is, knew me, but I knew a lot of people.  We have to start as soon as possible to get this down, I cannot have this person invade my personal life anymore. They know where I live, I need everyone to be safe from this loco person, especially Jett.

He's too young.

"GABBY! Where you at loca?!"

"Kitchen!" Franco enter with the biggest smile In his face.

"I was thinking...." He came close where I was sitting and he place a kiss on my lips. "I wanted to go to-,"

"Hooters?" I look at the doorway and see Danny smirking to himself, I rolled my eyes.

"Hooters?" Franco question him and he nods. "No!"

"Oh come on, they have great wings."

"Yeah that's the only thing great about it." Franco sarcastically says to Danny.

"Oh I was thinking of food, you my friend where thinking of the girls. Ha! Beat his ass Gabby, he thought about the girls."

I look at both of them, "I think I'll beat both of yours asses, why? Because you both are assholes."

They both dropped their jaws, "even me?" Franco asked and I nod.

"Let's start with Danny, acts like child when he is 23 years old. Franco, always making sex jokes and hugely annoying sometimes. So yeah both are little asshole." I smiled at them and then wink at Franco. I got up and head to the fridge.

I grab strawberries and popped one in my mouth.

"GABBBBBBBYYYYYYY!" I sigh and look at the door way to see who will walk in.

Alex came in with concern on his face. "Yes Alex?"

"Dax's."

Dax's?

Dax's.

OH DAX'S!

"He's the pig face." Alex blurted out and I dropped my strawberries.

"Did not see that coming." Franco came towards me, place a hand on my shoulders.

"Wait that crazy ex of yours, the one that's always assume Franco and Luis that they are your whores?" Danny ask and I nod. "Oh shit!" He half chuckles and I was so close to slapping the shit out of him.

"I'm only a whore for Gabby." Franco kissed me and I pulled him back.

"Like I said, idiots!"

"Gab-,"

"No!" Franco tried grabbing my hands but I back away. "Can't you see, Dax's hates me and was probably so close to killing you, imagine if he gets close to Jett. I can't have that and I won't! Idiots both of you!" I walked out the kitchen from the little kids.

They act like it's a game but really I have been threaten and Franco almost died because of the drugs they had him on.

Idiots!

"Mom?" I take my last time and see Jett walking towards me.

"Hey kid."

"Everything alright? I heard yelling."

I smiled at him and ruffled his hair, "of course it is. Don't worry abo-,"

"RUN!" Luis came towards me and grabs Jett.

"What's going on?"

"We're being attack." With those words I followed Luis to the other side of the building, I didn't even have gun.

The boys were downstairs and shit.

"Luis take care of Jett, don't lose him. I'm going to go, and clear the guys." I grab a gun under the desk of Manny extra office we were hiding in.

I kept hearing shooting from outside and I wanted to hurry so I could help.

"Be careful Gabby, please." Luis plead and gives me a kiss on the cheek.

"I will, Jett I love you." I kiss the top of the head.

"Don't say that like your about to die. Don't." His eyes lowered to the floor and I pick up his chin.

"I will never die." He quickly hugs me but in seconds he let's go.

I took one last of Luis and Jett especially before I left the room.

I didn't wanted to leave Jett, buts it's my job for everyone safety to be safe, even if I do die.

Sun is observant.

Reflecting on any shiny item, it could burn yours eyes, it could make your body tense. Although, Sun..... is extraordinary in so many ways.

But when a little bomb is thrown at your feet, and the bright light of sun hits your eyes, it's not so extraordinary.

I tried to pull myself off the floor in my living room. I open my eyes to see a pig mask looking down at me. "Sadly, we are not here for you, not yet of course." He half's laughs as I struggle to keep my eyes open.

The pig mask leaves my side and walks upstairs. "No." I barely whisper, a loud ringing explodes in my ear drums.

I heard faint gunshots.

Then I was silence because it came from the kitchen.
