He was standing there. Niall. His beautiful golden hair sparkling in the sunlight. "Hey Gram, I left my phone at the house." I said trying to turn her around. I wanted more than anything to go unnoticed by the blonde haired boy. "Sweetie, it's right there in your hand!" I have never heard her talk so loud. It was almost as if she was trying to get his attention. I glanced up at her and through the corner of my eye I saw him stare. "Aria!" he yelled. "Shit." I mumbled under my breath. Before I could do anything Niall was running this way. "Who's that handsome boy?" Gram said. "Oh no one." I tried to make a run for it but he had already reached us. "I knew we'd see each other again! An who is this lovely lady?" Gram instantly had a liking for him. "Um, this is my grandma, Gram this is.." "Niall." He interrupted which kind I angered me. "Niall," I continued, "what are you doing here?" I was nervous. He was so beautiful and I hadn't stopped thinking about him since I saw him standing in the corner. "I'm visiting my grandpa, Leslie." "Leslie's just a sweetheart! He moved in next to me two months ago." Gram seemed more excited than I was. "Well, we better go. I..uhh..have to... feed my fish! Yeah I have to feed my fish." I quickly yelled bye as I pulled Gram behind me. My cheeks have never been redder. A fish? I didn't even have a fish! "Honey, you don't even have a fish."" I KNOW GRAM!" I just needed to leave. Niall made my stomach flutter, but I didn't want to see him again. A girl like me could never be with a guy like him.

It felt like she was trying to avoid me. I don't know why. At least I knew she was here and I had a chance to get to know her. Everything about her was beautiful: her golden hair, hazel eyes, and her smile made my heart race. I wanted to make her mine.
