"Honey! Your boyfriend's here!" I quickly ran down the steps. I can't believe Gram had just said that. How embarrassing. "Gram he's not my boyfriend, we're just friends." "Oh really?" He smiled and I couldn't help but blush. "Aria, you look phenominal." "Thanks." I smiled and he blushed. "See you later Gram, I love you." I gave her a kiss on the cheek and walked out the door with Niall. "Sorry about her, she's always trying to embarrass me." "It's cute! Maybe she won't be wrong about the friend thing for long." I saw him through the corner of my eye. Staring at me with those sky blue eyes. We walked for a while until we reached our destination.

"Wow Niall, this place is gorgeous! Look at the view!" "Yeah the views pretty great." I looked over at him to find him looking at me and smiling. "How's the food?" "Delicious," I said "couldn't really be much better." "Niall!" I heard a voice call from behind me. I turned to see four very muscular guys walking in our direction. I turned back to look at Niall, but he shifted in his seat and looked really nervous. "Bro! I haven't seen you in forever. How's life?" he turned to me, "And who's this fine girl." He smelt of alcohol and smoke. "Aria." I said. "Daniel, what are you doing here? I thought you were in Maine." Niall swallowed very nervously and looked straight into the strange man's eyes. "I got kicked out. I have to go, but keep your chick close. She might find someone better." He walked and my focus turned back to Niall. "Who was that?" "Daniel. Daniel Potteroff. He got shipped to boarding school in Maine by his parents. They live on the other side of town. We have a past and honestly he scares the shit out of me." I laughed. "He seems like a total ass. He was so full of himself." "Yeah, he is. Well, we'd better get going. I've got to get you home."
