She was playing around with his cat, throwing the ball but he didn't move, the cat stayed on her lap, soon falling asleep as she gushed over how cute he was. "Such a pretty cat, yes you are!" she smiled, petting his soft fur as he leaned into her touch.

Baji was laying on his bed, playing on his phone while Chifuyu and Mikey were both playing Uno, Chifuyu claiming that Mikey was cheating as he had a sly smirk on his face which made Chifuyu even more irritated. "Mikey, you're cheating! Let me see your cards!"

"Shh..he's sleeping." Y/n glared at the two as they got quiet, both looking at Baji then to her. "So are you like his secret girlfriend we don't know about?" Mikey asked, scooting closer to her as he set his cards down while Chifuyu took a peak from them, sulking because Mikey had all good cards.

"Huh?" the two said, both freezing. "They are!"

"No we're not! Didn't I say that we just met today?" Baji said, sitting up as he kicked Mikey. "Ow..no need to get defensive. You could've just said no, now you're making it seem like it's true!" Baji stood up, walking towards Mikey as her grabbed him by the arm, going back for Chifuyu while he frowned because all his neatly stacked cards got thrown onto the floor. Baji threw them out his room as they glared at him before he closed the door.

"I think they're pretty nice, do they go to our school?" she asked as he shook his head. "Only Chifuyu since he lives a few floors down from me and Mikey goes to the one that's thirty minutes away." he explained as she let out an "ah", nodding her head. 

"I think I have to get home soon, my dad's coming in an hour." she stood up, passing him back his cat as she grabbed her bag. "See you tomorrow pretty boy." she gave him a smile, waving at him before she left his room. He looked at his cat, noticing his sleepy eyes as he held him up high. 

"See you tomorrow pretty boy." he mocked her words, feeling his face heat up as he set his cat down. "She's a bit weird..I mean who calls someone that when they first meet. Wait tomorrow..?" he whispered to himself. "She is pretty but Ed you didn't hear that from me." he looked at his cat, "Ed" from "Edward", the name he gave himself when he was a kid.

"Do you think she's pretty—"

"Hell yeah she is!"

"Mikey?!"

She knocked on his door, waiting for him to open it. It was their first day being suspended so she decided to go to his home since she didn't want to be stuck home alone. While he was walking out of his room, he was wondering who could be at the door so early in the morning.

It was one in the afternoon.

He opened the door, his eyesight getting used to the light as he saw her figure start to get clearer, his eyes slowly widening. "What are you doing here?" she could tell he just woke up by his messy hair and how he was rubbing his eyes. 

"Your cat." she calmly said as saw the cat running towards her, noticing her cat was there as well. "No wonder I couldn't find her at home!" she hugged both of the cats, both rubbing their heads onto her cheeks as she smiled. "You're to careless with her.." he mumbled, yawning afterwards as he turned on the lights.

"Eh, it's been the same with her ever since we adopted her. At first it worried me but she just likes to roam around, usually she comes back for food or to sleep when she wants to." Y/n explained to him as he still couldn't wrap his mind around the fact that she just lets her cat walk around.

"I still don't get it.." he started to walk to his room, gesturing her to follow him while both cats followed after her. He immediately laid back onto his bed, pulling the blanket to cover his body as he lazily pointed to the remote. "I don't mind you staying here..just don't make any noise that'll wake me up."

"You're going back to sleep?"

"Yeah, this is the only chance i'll ever get my sleep back so i'm using it." he said, turning the other way to face the wall. 'Did I really just say I didn't mind her staying?' he sighed, closing his eyes as he heard her sit down on his chair. He could hear the small footsteps both cats made as they made their way to his bed, both laying down next to him as she chuckled.

"Awe, they both like you."

"Shut up.." his hand reached up to her cat, petting her fur before he dozed off.

He woke up, feeling his neck start to hurt as he stretched his arms out, hearing the tv play in the background. He sat up, looking to see if she was still there but there was no sight of her. The cats were still on his bed, both stretched out as he went to go look for her.

He heard noises coming from the kitchen, opening his door, looking around to see his mother's purse on the counter. He walked out, his eyes set on the two who were talking, he was going to go in but he heard his name being said.

"Baji? I think he's pretty cool even though he get's into fights a lot." Y/n said, laughing as she was cutting up some tomatoes. "He's cool to you? Even if he has bad grades and can't spell correctly?" his mother said, making him irk.

"Yeah, even that."

"Hm, kinda sounds like you knew him before. You guys went to the same junior high before? Had classes with each other?"

"We actually knew each other since elementary school— well I knew who he was, we didn't have the same classes, he just made a "name" for himself."

"He was a troublemaker in elementary school.."
