"I'm back!"

His mother placed her keys on top of the counter, she heard the background of the tv playing as she walked herself into the living room, looking over to see the both of them sleeping.

He was laying in his back while she her head was on his chest as his arms were wrapped around her, one of his hands on the back of her head while the blanket was covering them.

His mother tried to find out how the two were in that position in the first place but let it be as she took out her phone, taking a few pictures before she went into her room.

"I didn't think he was even going to hold hands with her..knowing his ass.."

He woke up, feeling something heavy on him as he rubbed his eyes, noticing the living room lights were off. He thought he must've slept after they came back. He opened his eyes, them widening as he realized she was laying down on him, making him shocked.

"Hey! Y/n, wake up!" he whispered loudly, trying to wake her up but she wasn't even moving. "Don't tell me you're a heavy sleep!" he tried rolling off the couch but it didn't work as she fell on top of him, the same position as before while her arms unconsciously wrapped around him.

'She's a heavy sleeper!'

He sighed, giving up as he looked over to the clock, noticing it was in the middle of the night as he reached for the blanket, covering her before his hand grabbed a pillow, placing it underneath his head as he got comfortable.

His eyes moved down to her face, the moonlight shining from the window behind him beamed onto her face as he pushed back her hair. It was unknown to him, this feeling in his chest. He didn't like how it made his heart race or how he'd get nervous around her at times.

His arms wrapped around her, bringing her closer to him. It was like small fireworks in his heart, the sound of his heart beating could be heard from his ears and he didn't know why.

"I don't understand why you don't have a boyfriend Y/n."

She woke up to her back hurting as the smell of food being made hit her nose. She pushed herself up, noticing she was on the floor as she looked up to see him helping out his mother with the breakfast. "I slept over?!" she said, making the two turn their heads towards her.

"Yep, when I came home you two were already sleeping." she walked towards Y/n, a spoon in her hand. "Come on, the food's almost done." Y/n nodded, walking over to the kitchen, noticing how he wasn't saying anything as she let it be for now.

"Keisuke can you grab the cups for me?" she asked as he walked over to the cabinets, opening it, taking three cups before he set them on the table. "And the plates too?" he asked. "Yep."

"What time is it?" Y/n asked, her vision starting to get clearer as she looked for the clock. "Nine—"

"Nine?! I'm sorry but I have to leave!" Y/n said, looking for her shoes. "What for?" his mother asked, watching Y/n start to rush. "My job! It's starts in ten minutes—"

"Ten minutes?!" Baji said, his eyes widening as his mother looked at him. "Yes now hurry up! I have to pass by my house to get ready!" she waved goodbye to his mom as she left the apartment while he was going to get ready but she stopped him.

"Why didn't you tell me you got a job? And since when were you willing to work? What changed your mind Keisuke?" she gave him a warm smile. "Nothing."

"Mhm, was it her? You must like her a lot, now hurry up and go before you're late!"

"You two are late! Again!" Ando said, looking at the two who were catching their breaths as they were tackled by kittens.

"It was his fault!"

"It was her fault!"

The two glared at each other, not noticing Ando coming towards them, bumping their heads together as she earned a whine from them. "Come on, you two have work to do. Baji clean the litter and Y/n it's time for them to get cleaned."

"When is lunch..?"

"When you're finished now hurry up!"

Their weekend was spent waking up, going to work and spending the rest of their day together. They created a routine without even noticing that they even made one. He was off of suspension so now they were back at school with one week left until summer starts, the two were walking together, their friends trailing behind them.

"Baji, do you mind me calling your first name since you call me my first name?" she asked as they were nearing the school entrance. He was a bit caught off guard with that question but he nodded. "Sure."

"Cool."

They had went to their lockers, placing their stuff inside, changing their shoes before they started walking to their classes. "Wanna meet up for lunch? My mom sort of made extra." Baji suggested, making her turn to him.

"Yeah! I was gonna ask but I didn't think you were going to agree." she said as she stopped in front of her class. "See you." she smiled, giving him a wave before she headed inside while he watched her sit down before he walked away.

"Walking to class with her? Something new?" Chifuyu came up from behind him. "Huh? No shut up, class's about to start." Baji said as they entered their class. "Since when were you willing to actually go to class..weirdo..something changed."

"No, nothing changed."

"Yeah yeah, you like her, admit it."
