The sun and the moon came and went before you could even know. Things were happening so fast. Your parents took care of the venue and the celebrations. Hee-jin and you became really close.
"Will you manage living alone?" she asked you. "I guess I will. Moving out is really tough", you sighed. "Don't worry. I felt the same. But we figured out how to manage everything", she said.
"I actually thought that you guys were all living together", you said. "No, we visit their house frequently", she said. "I see", you sipped your coffee.
"Hope you are getting along well with Namjoon", she said. "I am trying to. It's just that I find it difficult to communicate. Especially when it's him", you said.
"I can understand your nervousness", she chuckled. "Anyway, before we know you will be married. Slowly, you will find yourself in love with him and also he will be in love with you", she spoke, positively.
"Thank you, eonnie", you smiled. The days rolled down in a swift way. Whenever you both met an unavoidable tinge of blush always crowned both of your cheeks.
The nervousness, the excitement kept increasing. You could feel your heartbeat rising out of blue whenever you both are in close proximity. He felt the same.
But, both of you played cool. You didn't want to embarrass yourself or something. On the wedding day, Namjoon adjusted his suit for the hundredth time.
"You look good. Your suit looks good. Stop being nervous", Jimin chuckled. "How can I not? The thought of getting married and the thought of living with her alone makes me more anxious", he said.
"You will get used to it. Just be calm. I hope she will understand you as well", he assured. You were also tapping your foot and trying hard not to bite your nails. "Mimi, just a moment", you slipped into the restroom.
"This is the 10th time you are using the restroom. Chill'', she said. "What if something goes wrong? I am not even used to living alone now, only with him. I am scared", you said.
"Listen, it's okay. Just be yourself and don't overthink. It's okay to learn slowly. And I can see it in his eyes. He likes you y/n. Be confident", she cheered you.
You smiled at her and thanked her for being supportive. You walked down the aisle. He couldn't take his eyes off you. The memories from high school flashed in front of his eyes.
How much he wanted to confess to you back then but now you both are starting a new life together. As much as he wanted to hold you, kiss you and take you in his arms and never let go he wasn't sure.
He wanted to wait. He wanted you to reciprocate the feelings. You noticed him and he gave butterflies in your stomach. You stood beside him. Once the vows were taken, he was asked to kiss you.
He had a bit of concern and he looked at you. You nodded lightly to indicate that you were okay with it. He pecked your forehead. The crowd cheered.
"I thought that their relationship would have escalated a bit but they are still in first step", Jin said to his wife. "Is it even a good idea to put them in a separate house? I feel like there would be zero progress", she worried.
"I made sure that they would be sharing the same bedroom", he giggled. But, only both of you know how comfortable you both were.
He held your hands and you didn't refuse or hesitate, you happily held it as if your life was dependent on it. For the whole time, both of you never left each other's side.
He introduced you to some of his friends and family and you did the same. You found yourself talking to him well when you were in a group. Once the tiring ceremony is over, both of you head home. Everything was already set.
You looked around the house. The house was perfect for two people. "Y/n", he called you. You hummed in response. "I guess we should share the same room. They turned the guest room like a store room", he scratched his neck.
"It's okay. I don't mind. If it's okay for you, we can adjust", you smiled. He smiled and nodded. You played different scenarios in your mind and prepared accordingly.
You followed him to the bedroom and were stunned by looking at the preparations. "I- It was Jin Hyung", he said. "They prepared a lot", you muttered.
The room radiated an extreme romantic vibe. The rose petals and dim lights. He switched on the main lights. "Uhm.. let's freshen up", you said.
Both of you took turns and changed your clothes. You sat at the edge of the bed while he was attending a phone call. Once he ended the call, you called him. "Namjoon", you said. He turned his attention towards you.
"I know it's quite difficult to communicate or understand me. But I will try my best to open up", you said. You were sincere. "Y/n, we are on the same page. Let's take this slowly.
If you were wondering about my take on this wedding, I wholeheartedly agreed and the reason was you", he assured. You smiled at him. "It would have been nice if we hung out a lot in our school days.
We wouldn't be this awkward", you chuckled. "This is good as well. We can spend time and know each other well and I believe that we would be the best couple", he said.
You slightly laughed at his cheesiness. You were already tired. "Let's sleep", he laid on the bed. You also laid down. You woke up in the morning to find both of you never moved an inch in the sleep.
You chuckled to yourself. The cliché scenes of tangled to each other didn't happen in your case. You went down and prepared the coffee. You noticed that he also woke up.
He attempted to prepare one for himself but you gave him a cup of coffee. "Hope it's good", you said. "Thank you", he smiled. Both of you stood on the balcony and enjoyed the fresh breeze.
There was a comfortable silence. This became your routine. You both were really busy and couldn't even spare some extra time for both of you.
You both would exchange a few words about your day. "Y/n, how is your hubby? How is your married life?" Mimi asked you. "He is extremely busy", you said, placing your palm on your chin.
"We have our own hobbies and interests. It's very rare to get certain moments", you said. "Make him take care of you", she said. "How?" you asked.
"Indicate that you are in periods, ask for cuddles, tell about your cramps", she threw her hands in the air. "I don't get bad cramps or pain", you said.
She facepalmed herself. "Fake it then, you dumbo", she said. "Huh?! Should I?" you asked. "If you want to feel your husband's warmth", she said. You both shared a smug smile.
