A/N I'm quite busy these days so I don't really have that much time to write so sorry for the wait.
Anyway, here's the 3rd chapter of Barriers.
I really appreciate the comments and thanks to anyone who commented :)
I know it's not much but hey it's something.
Anywho, enjoy and I hope you like it.

Barriers Ch. 3
The walk to English was... quiet, too quiet. It was starting to make me feel a bit awkward.
I subtly looked over at Christopher in the corner of my eye. He looked like he was in a daze, his normally bright blue eyes seemed dull as if he wasn't really focused and his brow was furrowed in concentration.
I was starting to get a little bit worried about him. So I did what I thought was best. I gave him a sharp nudge in the ribs.
"Ouch! What the hell was that for?" he demanded angrily.
"You looked like you needed a wakeup call; you were seriously out of it." I responded casually.
"Well I was just thinking anyway you've got some seriously bony elbows. Do you sharpen them or something?" he asked while rubbing his sides.
"It's not my fault that you're weak"
"Excuse me? I'll have you know that I'm quite strong, you're just abnormal." he replied smugly.
"Whatever you say chicken wing" I replied in a faux southern accent.
He suddenly burst out in laughing. His shoulders were shaking uncontrollably and his face lit up from the laughter. He looked completely different when he laughed.
Back in the office he was quite moody so his handsome features had been clouded by his frown and scowl.
