Chapter 2

Y/N'S POV

It was around midnight when I woke up from a nightmare, covered in a cold sweat. The memory of my family's death still fresh in my mind. I couldn't help but start bawling uncontrollably. I wrapped my tail around myself, in a futile attempt at comforting myself. Suddenly, my bedroom door opened. Tio and Polt were standing there, looking very concerned.

Tio: "Y/N, what's wrong?"

Me: "N-nothing, *hick* I'm fine."

Polt: "Sweetie, you can talk to us. What's wrong?"

As soon as I heard her call me sweetie, I just broke down crying. The only ones that called me that were my parents, and they've been dead for months. Tio, and Polt both sat down on my bed, and held me close to them. At this point, I just wanted my to see my family again, one last time.

Me: "I just want my family back."

I was barely able to say anything from how hard I was crying.

Tio: "Aawwwe, it's gonna be ok Y/N. Shh,shh,shh,shh."

I just clung to Tio, and leaned my head on her chest while continuing to cry. Polt was hugging me tightly aswell. I'm not sure how long we stayed like that, until the 3 of us all fell asleep, still hugging each other.

TIMESKIP

It was morning now, and I still remember the incident last night. I was still really embarrassed that Polt, and Tio slept with me, in my bed. Right now, everyone else was sleeping in while I was downstairs having myself a jellow shot.

Me: "I'm not gonna get drunk, I just need something to take the edge off, that's all."

After checking the fridge, I grabbed my favorite Hawaiian blue jellow shot.

I was about to enjoy my jellow shot, when the house phone started ringing. I picked up after a few seconds.

Me: "Hello, L/N residence. This is Y/N speaking."

Nezu: "Hello Y/N, I'm the school principal for U.A, Mr. Nezu. I assume you're wondering why I'm contacting you?"

Me: "Yeah."

Nezu: "Well, we've been wanting our students to be able to spend some time off campus. So, I wanted to ask permission to use your private beach for a little while."

Me: "Hmmm, I guess it's alright as long as you have other faculty members to keep an eye on them. And as long as they pick up whatever they bring. I don't wanna have to clean up a big mess on my beach."

Nezu: "Understood, thank you Y/N."

Me: "No problem, feel free to show up whenever you're ready."

I hung up the phone, and went back to enjoying my jellow shot. It was absolutely delicious.

TIMESKIP

It was around noon, and I was currently sitting in a little hammock that I decided to set up, looking out at the ocean. The weather is absolutely perfect, and for once I've been able to relax. Ms. Smith, and the others were down on the beach, having fun and enjoying themselves. I'd informed them that we'd be having quite a few visitors today, so at least they're aware of that. Speaking of, I'm surprised that they haven't shown up yet. Strange, you'd think that they'd be here by now. Oh well, more relaxation time for me. At least, that's what I told myself, until I heard multiple people talking down on the beach. I looked up, and freaked out when I saw how many people had actually shown up.

I mean, I was expecting there was going to be a lotta people, but I wasn't expecting almost all of them to be girls! Not that I have a problem with girls, or anything. I'm just really shy around 'em. There were also a lotta heroes there too. Probably there to keep an eye on the UA students.

Me: "Sweet sugar cookies with a side of chocolate milk! When that guy on the phone said that the students from UA would show up, I didn't think he meant that almost all of UA was gonna be here!"
