NOTE: since I cannot do math, the marauders are ten years older in this story. If I had been smarter, Millicent would've just been ten years younger, but I am not

Tom had received the news about the shop closing for the day in an owl and stayed home. He held his wife in a rather protective cuddle. "I love you, Samantha," he said, when the front door opened. The man got out of bed quickly and rushed downstairs. He saw Carlsen, leaning against a wall. "IMMOBULUS!" He shouted.

"Go ahead, cast the Cruciatus curse..." Adam sneered. Tom made a face. "Sorry to disappoint, I don't do that anymore. Now get out of my house and leave me alone. Forget I ever talked to you. Because I'm not interested in a fight. I've changed." Tom let Carlsen go. The man snarled and left, knowing that his opponent was stronger than him. Sam came down the stairs quietly as her husband closed the door. "What just happened?" She asked, tears in her eyes.

"It's over now," Tom informed her. "Just a little quarrel." He pulled her into a kiss then put his hands on his wife's bump.

A few months ago, the Riddles had been informed that their child was a girl, not a boy, as they had been previously told. They had quickly redecorated the child's room. Now, Samantha had given birth to a baby girl. All the darkness in Tom's heart faded upon seeing the face of his own daughter. The Daltons came in to visit the small family. "Congratulations," Amelia told her daughter. An exhausted Samantha replied, "No, Mum. Thank you so, so much for having me. As I've now learned, it's a tough experience." The two brown-haired men hugged each other. "I've never quite told you how respectable of a young man you are," Roger told Tom. Mr. Riddle smiled. "Thank you, sir. I could say the same, you've raised a wonderful daughter," the younger man replied. Lilac was looking at her niece, who was sleeping in Samantha's arms. "What's her name?" She asked. Tom turned as he smiled and announced, "Millicent Taika Riddle."

Millie hugged her mother at Platform 9 3/4. "I'll see you at the holidays. And I promise, I'll write to you, mum!" She told the two. Letting go, she sprinted onto the train. Samantha smiled and looked at her five year old son. Liam was rather shy, but would likely grow out of his shell eventually. "You'll get to go in six years," the woman explained to the boy, smiling. Tom became a professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts a few years ago, mainly to get a chance to destroy his diary, which he finally did. But he discovered that he did enjoy the job. Samantha had decided she would play quidditch one last year before she would work as a healer at St. Mungo's after she retired from the sport.

Raine came with her husband and two sons. One of them was seven, the other one was Liam's age. "Octan just wanted to say goodbye to his nephews, Regulus and Sirius," she explained. Raine and Sam hugged each other. "I haven't seen you in so long," the blonde woman commented.

"I know," Mrs. Black replied. "I hope that my younger nephew on Octan's side is friends with Millicent." Mrs. Riddle let go and smiled. "I'm sure our little girl will have friends, even if Sirius isn't one of them." There was a pause for a moment. Raine asked, "Samantha, would you like to go to the Leaky Cauldron?"

"I would love to. And our boys can sit together as well as us adults sitting together." So as the train began to leave, Sam blew her daughter a kiss and then left with Raine's family.

Millicent couldn't find a place to sit. There was only one unlocked compartment, which held four boys. She sighed and came in. "This is the last compartment, I'm sorry," she spoke humbly. None of them seemed to mind as the girl sat down in the very corner. "What's your name?" Asked the one with the crazy brown hair that just couldn't seem to control itself.
