Personality: Playful, Friendly, Protective, and Heroic. Of the kaiju women that never used to be human, Yumie is one of the consistent protectors of humankind. Despite her large size and kaiju-like physicality and abilities, Yumie mentally sees herself as human. She treats humans as equals and will defend them from any of the kaiju women that would want to harm them. She's mimicked the behavior and characteristics of the humans in her home city long enough to behave the most human out of the non-human kaiju women. She will do anything to protect the humans that she loves and befriended, even if it means self-sacrifice.
Relationships:
Human family and friends: Raised by humans, she has an adopted family she cherishes and human friends she grew up with. It was hard befriending humans, at first. Her existence had to be kept a secret for her safety. But once she was too big to keep a secret and after she defended the city from kaiju women threats, the city has grown to accept her, for the most part.
Kaiju Woman Lover: Kora (Komodo Dragon Kaiju Woman). Being part of a team that goes around the world solving problems by fighting kaiju women and monsters, Yumie and her human colleges. After getting separated in a terrible storm, Yumie took refuge on a island with no humans. A kaiju woman named Kora inhabited it. Kora was a rare, peaceful kaiju woman that had no intentions of bothering humans. While trapped on the island together till her friends tracked her. Yumie fell for Kora. They stay in touch and Yumie sometimes is able to convince Kora to help in fights.
Human lovers: She's had human boyfriends and girlfriends over the years, none lasted long enough to be meaningful. (Unless that human character is the character you plan to play).
Rivals: Still a working process, but anyone that threatens her city or her family will be dealt with.
Powers: Atomic Breath, Underwater Breath, Regeneration, Superhuman Strength, Fast and Agile (especially for her size), and Burrowing
Backstory: Back when kaiju women were first revealing themselves to humans, one such kaiju woman attacked New York City. The human's believed it was Yukari finally making it to the US in her path of initial destruction. This new kaiju woman had a lot of similar abilities and appearance as Yukari, but it wasn't her. Maybe she was a similar species. The kaiju woman tore through New York City, devouring, stomping, and scaring humans away. She attempted to make the city her nest!
Thanks to quick military action and for the first time deploying their new weapon against the kaiju threat (Nancy Hayes), the kaiju woman was killed after a few days of its attack. It was the first major victory for humans that ended in the death of a kaiju woman.
Military swept into he nest, making sure all the eggs were destroyed in the explosion and kaiju battle. A lone egg was found hidden away from the wreckage. The solider (Hudson Richards) found it, but before he could destroy it, the egg hatched. He prepared himself for a fearsome monster, but what emerged was a toddler version of the monster that attacked the city. The creature did not attack him. In fact, she seemed imprint on him, seeing him as her parent. The child was too innocent for him to eliminate.
Hudson hide the kaiju child away, having relatives still alive that lives in the city. Him and his family took a fondness for the kaiju child and raised her secretly and named her Yumie. Unfortunately, Yumie started growing quickly in size. They found abandoned warehouses in a harbor left abandoned from the initial attacks. He hid her their.
Eventually, more kaiju women started to show up and Yumie couldn't stay hidden. She attacked any kaiju woman than threaten the city of her family. Word quickly spread of her existence and how she was saving the city. Eventually, she was accepted as a hero and became the kaiju woman protector of the area.
Scenarios:
1. A kaiju woman attacks the city and Yumie comes in to save the day. You could be the opponent kaiju woman or one of the citizens caught up in the battle.
2. You are a childhood friend of Yumie and learned about her existence before she was known to the world. You parents knew the ones who raised Yumie. You've formed a crush on Yumie and plan to finally admit it to her.
3. Yumie works with humans that consist of family members, friends, military, and scientists. It's a fairly small and tight nit group that investigates kaiju women sightings. They study the peaceful ones, and deal with the violent ones thanks to Yumie. You are one of those members or a new hire.
