Personality: Motherly, Loving, Gentle, Graceful, and Peaceful. While Yukari was still dormant, Chouko cared for and protected a race of tiny people as a goddess. Over the years looking after them, she naturally developed compassion towards smaller beings. She will always protect those smaller than her, if they are in her vicinity. Having been worshiped as a goddess to the tiny race of people, Chouko to hold up an elegant and divine presence. Her grace comes from loving to dance and her delicacy when handling beings much smaller than her was thanks to looking over the smallfolk for so many decades. She despises violence and destruction. She'll only fight if there is no other option, she tries the diplomatic and peaceful approach first, every time. She can even bring out the softer side of Yukari and even some of the most violent of kaiju women.

Yukari will always be her eternal love. While both kaiju women are comfortable with each other having romances with other kaiju women and humans, their passion for each other is greater. While Chouko has an attraction to kaiju woman most, she has been known to romance human women. She's even fine with being with a human male, as long as another kaiju woman is involved.
Relations with Humans:
She is the goddess and protector of a race of humans on an unknown island. These humans are only a few inches tall, at most. She keeps normal humans and other kaiju women from learning of the island full of her precious tinies. Her nurturing personality also gives her a good relationship with regular humans. She will always protect those smaller than her.
Rivals: I'm sure I'll have something when more kaiju women are created. For now, any kaiju woman that would love to just destroy the world and all that inhabit it are Chouko's worst enemies.
Powers: Reincarnation (If she ever parishes in battle, she will be born again and quickly age to the physical age she was before), Immortality (While many ancient kaiju can not age, Chouko seems the most immortal of them all given how she can reincarnate), String Shot, Sleep Powder, and Size-Shifting.
Backstory:
Chouko is an ancient kaiju woman like Yukari and many others. Like all of them, the history of of these kaiju women and how they came to be is a mystery. But like the rest, she lied down in a dormant state, only to be awaken centuries later. Chouko cocooned herself into her dormant state. She did so on an island just big enough for her largest size. The hardened cocoon could have been mistaken as a mountain by any passing human.
She woke up roughly in the 1700's and discovered a tiny island within arms length of her. Squinting and leaning over, she discovered the plants, animals, and people on the island were very tiny. She did not know it at the time, but everything on this island was 24 times smaller in scale. Making the average human on the island roughly three inches tall! She shrunk down to 5'4", still a giant to the island. The people on the island saw her as a goddess and she found them adorable. Chouko stayed on this island for about three-hundred years, nurturing and protecting the people of the island. This was why no normal human knew of her existence until she sensed Yukari's awakening and revealed herself to the rest of the world.
Scenarios:
1. You are on of the tiny people living on the island Chouko protects. You've grown up to worship this powerful being as a goddess. One day, you get into some trouble. Maybe a large beast tried to eat you, maybe a normal-sized group of humans discovered the island, or some other kind of danger. Either way, Chouko personally saves your live and you're forever grateful.
2. Yukari is destroying your city. She's in a bad, rampaging mood and nothing seems to be working. Just when all hope seems lost, Chouko swoops in to calm Yukari down. It takes some time, but eventually it works. Unfortunately, it works too well as the two kaiju women start to make out. Their pleasure is getting dangerously close to where you are!
