Chapter 2 - Downhill

I had a good night sleep. Suddenly , Mikan Tsumiki walks through my door.I thought I locked it ... "Good Morning Hajime !!!" She says very happily. She grabs my arm and pulls me out of bed.

According to Mikan , everyone is currently meeting up at the hotel resturant for an important meeting. These "important" things are starting to worry me. Everytime i think to myself , "this can't get any worse" , then it does.

Mikan seems to know whats going on because she seems very alarmed. It wasn't uncommon for Mikan to act like this but it still makes me a lot more worried then i was before. She tells me that everyone is acting strange , kind of like the polar oppisite of their usual selves.

When we both enter , I can automatically spot who were the ones "infected". Akane was in a corner sobbing to herself , almost as if she was cowardly. Which was a huge red flag. Thankfully , Sonia Nevermind was in the corner with her. Trying her very best to cheer her up , if that was even possible. Ibuki Mioda was acting very uptight and gulliable , which was very different from her usual upbeat self. Mikan and Hiyoko Saionji were standing around her , I guess trying to help ?

Then last was Nagito , I walked up to him and he automatically went "Hajime !!! Fuyuhiko was cloned during his injury !!! And there is going to be a new transfer student !!!! Are you excited Hajime !?!?!?" He kind of scared me because of how loud he was being. Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu ??? Clone ??? How ? "Are you serio-" I say before shortly being cut off by the one and only. Monokuma.

"You must be wondering , What happened to your dear old friends ?"
He says in his annoying high pitched voice. He continues his sentence with, "Well when you first got here , I planted these little bug ALL around the island , infecting a few of you with the 'Despair Disease'."

Despair Disease ??? Whats that ??? Are we gonna die ???? "Is this shit contagious ?" Those words come from no other than Hiyoko. Monokuma replies with "No sadly , It is not contagious which ruins the fun. But !!! It may or may not be deadly" He says while obliviously smiling. "The ones infected are your peers , Akane with the Cowardly Disease , Ibuki with the Gulliable Disease , and Nagito with the Lie Disease!!!" He says , quickly vanishing. I always wonder how he does that.

"We have to get them to a doctor !!" Mikan quickly exclaims , she draggs all three of them towards the door. She seems to be way stonger then she looks. It seems like everything is going Downhill .... why is this happening ... are they going to be okay .... ? Hopefully.
