So before I wrote another chapter about how to shift but that was a while back when I was new to shifting so I'm making another one this time with accurate information
So everyone's shifting journey is different some can shift within minutes or hours of trying some can shift right that second others it might take a little more time the most important thing about this is don't keep track or obsess over how long or short it has taken you to shift its demotivating for most people
Really there is no wrong or right way to try to shift if you want you could just affirm that your going to wake up in your DR then fall asleep if you choose theres a bunch of different ways
