High School Drama

The new me

The next day, I get ready for school, and decide to wear my new outfit. I look at the C.P.P schedule. Today is new hairstyles day. I put my hair in a side ponytail, and head to the bus stop. I hop on the bus, and sit down next to Tori. She asks me if I want to the Mall of Amazement. I told her it was amazing, and that I wished she came. She told me that we could go to the mall together on the weekend. I tell her that it would be awesome! I get off the bus, and get my stuff. Classes go quickly, and I get excited about lunch. I wonder what kind of hairstyle the girls have in store for me. Finally, the class before lunch finishes, and everyone rushes to lunch. I grab my lunchbox, and head to the cafeteria. I see the girls and the table. There are a box of hair bands, bows, clips, curlers, and straightening irons on the table. I walk over and sit down. Riley tells me that it's new hairstyle day, and that we do each other's hair. Riley lets Mandy choose who is getting their hair done first. Mandy chooses me. The girls grab some hair bands and bows. Karen takes my hair down, and I feel it flow. My dark, brown hair, was frizzy. The girls discuss ideas for my hair. Karen grabs the flat iron, and straightens my hair. After its straightened, I see Riley grab a blue bow. She puts it in my hair carefully. The girls don't like the blue bow, so they try pink. Finally, they agree that the pink bow looked the best. They tell me to look in the mirror. I turn around and look. Wow. I don't even notice myself. "I love it!"I tell the girls. "No problem," Riley says. Next we move on to Mandy. Mandy has crazy, dark, curly hair. I suggested that we put her hair in a side ponytail. We grab a blue hair band, and put her hair up. It actually looks really good. We all agree that her hair looks perfect up. Mandy looks in the mirror in amazement. I could tell she really liked it. Karen sits on the chair, and we think of ideas to do with her hair. Riley suggests a french braid. We braid Karen's red, wavy, hair and put a clip at the end of the braid. Karen excitedly looks in the mirror, and she tells us that she looks fabulous. Lastly, Riley sits down, and we think about what do to with her hair. She has blonde, straight, hair. Karen tells us we should try to put it in a bun. We make a bun in Riley's hair, and we tell Riley to look. She looks in the mirror, and tells us that her hair looks incredible. We take a selfie with our phones, and eat lunch. Our hair looked amazing! I looked again once more, and realized that this was the new me.
