TRIGGER WARNING: throw up
VENUS REALLY DIDN'T sleep well. Her and Hermione, in their shared room, had just been stuck in a tense silence all night, both of them trying to sleep but miserably failing.
Early in the morning, they just decided to get up. The two of them went down to the basement kitchen, where Kreacher immediately approached them to serve coffee and hot rolls. Venus barely had the stomach to eat or drink anything, but knowing she would need energy, she ate a bit of a hot roll and drank a little coffee. Not soon after, Harry and Ron joined them.
Hermione rustled through her back. "Robes . . . Polyjuice Potion . . . Invisibility Cloak . . . Decoy Detonators . . . you should each take a couple just in case . . . Puking Pastilles, Nosebleed Nougat, Extendable Ears . . ."
They finished their breakfast and set off upstairs. Kreacher bowed them out and promised to have steak-and-kidney pie ready for them when they returned.
